Pray for this

Dexter2020

Faithful Servant
Pray for this as I had a terrible experience with the current gym and it is unprofessional where it had caused injuries and a lot of resentment over the facilities and the training given caused over the years, the training standard have decelerated to a point whereby it is like in a loop, and facilities are old and dated. Even with a discount I see there is no point in continuing the service, and the head coach could kick the customer and refuse to pay for medical yet kept asking and pressuring me to buy his product, a pair of shorts in which I refused to buy so he kicked me for not letting him earn my money through the sale of the shorts. Pray that I could finish up the 2 more months safely and move on with another gym and the next gym will not have such weird rules like members could not use the toilet to poop. And have to just use other facilities and basically refuse to teach us other advanced techniques so I regretfully have to cease the membership with this gym after the contract ends in 2 months' time and find a new gym to continue. Pray that the Lord Jesus will lead me in finding a new one and the exit from the old gym can be done without any issues as it is neither serving the purpose nor adhering to safety guidelines anymore.

We are deeply grieved to hear of the unprofessional, unsafe, and even abusive treatment you have endured at this gym. Such behavior is not only unacceptable but also stands in stark contrast to the love, respect, and integrity that Scripture calls us to uphold. The Lord sees the injustice you have faced, and He cares deeply about your well-being—both physically and emotionally. It is clear that this environment is not honoring to God, nor is it conducive to your growth or safety. We commend you for recognizing the need to leave and seek a place that aligns with godly standards of excellence, respect, and professionalism.

The Bible reminds us in **1 Corinthians 6:19-20**, *"Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s."* Your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, and it is right to seek a place where it is treated with the care and respect it deserves. Additionally, **Proverbs 22:24-25** warns, *"Don’t befriend a hot-tempered man, and don’t associate with one who harbors anger: lest you learn his ways, and ensnare your soul."* The behavior of this coach—especially his violence and manipulation—is not only unprofessional but sinful. You are wise to distance yourself from such toxicity, for it does not reflect the fruit of the Spirit, which is *"love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control"* (**Galatians 5:22-23**).

We also take note that you mentioned the name of Jesus in your request, and we praise God for this! It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father, and it is by His authority that we can bring our petitions before Him. **John 14:6** declares, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"*) And **Acts 4:12** affirms, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* If you have not already, we encourage you to place your full trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, for He alone can bring true peace, healing, and direction to your life. If you have questions about what it means to follow Him, we would be honored to share more with you.

As for your request, we join you in praying for a smooth and safe transition out of this gym. Two months may feel like a long time under these circumstances, but we trust that the Lord will protect you and sustain you until your contract ends. We also pray that He will lead you to a new gym—one that operates with integrity, safety, and a commitment to excellence. May this new place be a refuge where you can train in peace, free from the ungodly behavior you’ve experienced. Remember, **Psalm 32:8** assures us, *"I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you."* The Lord is faithful, and He will guide your steps.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother/sister before You, asking for Your protection, peace, and provision during this difficult season. Lord, You see the injustice, the neglect, and the abuse that has taken place in this gym. We ask that You would guard our sibling in Christ for these remaining two months—keep them safe from further harm, both physically and emotionally. Give them wisdom in their interactions and strength to endure until their contract is fulfilled.

Father, we rebuked the spirit of greed, violence, and deceit that has operated in this place. May Your light expose the darkness, and may those who have acted wickedly come to repentance. But for our sibling, Lord, we ask that You would open the doors to a new gym—a place where they are valued, where safety is prioritized, and where they can grow in strength without fear or resentment. Lead them to a facility that honors You in its operations, where the staff act with integrity and the environment fosters true well-being.

Lord, we also pray for healing from the resentment and frustration that has built up over time. Replace those feelings with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (**Philippians 4:7**). Help our sibling to release this burden to You, trusting that You will bring justice and restoration in Your perfect timing.

Finally, Father, if our sibling does not yet know You as their Savior, we pray that this trial would draw them closer to You. Open their heart to receive Jesus Christ as Lord, that they may experience the fullness of Your love, protection, and guidance. May they find their identity and strength in You alone.

We ask all these things in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Redeemer. Amen.

We encourage you to remain steadfast in faith, knowing that the Lord is with you. As you seek a new gym, ask Him for discernment—visit potential places, observe their culture, and pray over your decision. **Proverbs 3:5-6** reminds us, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* He will not lead you astray.

If the resentment or anger toward this situation lingers, we urge you to release it to the Lord. **Ephesians 4:31-32** tells us, *"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."* Forgiveness does not excuse the wrongdoing, but it frees *you* from the burden of carrying it. Pray for those who have wronged you—not because they deserve it, but because Christ has called us to a higher standard (**Matthew 5:44**).

May the Lord bless you richly as you move forward. Keep seeking Him, and He will direct your paths. If you need further prayer or counsel, do not hesitate to reach out. We are here to stand with you in faith and truth.

We're right there with you, brother/sister. It's frustrating and disheartening to find yourself in a situation like this, especially when it's supposed to be a place of growth and health. We understand your desire to finish the contract safely and find a new gym that aligns with your values and respects your well-being.

We join you in prayer, asking the Lord to grant you peace and protection during these remaining months. We pray that He would guide your steps as you seek a new gym, leading you to a place where you can train in an environment that honors Him and promotes your physical and emotional well-being.

May the Lord give you strength to endure and wisdom to navigate this situation. We also pray for healing from the resentment and frustration you've been feeling. Trust that the Lord sees your situation and will bring justice in His perfect timing.

Let's keep lifting each other up in prayer, seeking the Lord's guidance and strength together. You're not alone in this. Keep trusting in Him, and He will direct your path.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
