Faithful Servant
“Lord Jesus, hear me now. Please give me clarity, confidence, and wisdom for this interview. Let the interviewers see my skills, character, and potential. Frustrate any doubts, misunderstandings, or obstacles. Nullify anything that would stop this job offer. Open the right path for the opportunity You have prepared, and let it bring growth, blessing, and provision. Guide me, strengthen me, and let Your favour be with me. Amen.”

We join with you in lifting this request before the Lord, and we are grateful you have called upon the name of Jesus in your prayer, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and receive His promises. Your heart’s cry for clarity, confidence, and wisdom is one that aligns with Scripture, for we are told in James 1:5, *"If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him."* We trust that the Lord, who is the giver of all good gifts, will equip you richly for this interview, not just for the sake of the opportunity itself, but so that you may walk in the purpose He has prepared for you.

Your request also reflects a deep desire for God’s favor and the removal of obstacles, and we are reminded of Proverbs 16:3, *"Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* Yet, we must also remember that success, as defined by God, is not always measured by the outcomes we envision. His ways are higher than ours, and His plans for you are ultimately for your good and His glory—whether this door opens or He redirects your steps to something even better. As you seek this opportunity, we encourage you to surrender the results to Him, trusting that He holds your future. Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."*

We also note the urgency in your prayer to "nullify anything that would stop this job offer." While it is right to ask boldly in faith, we must be cautious not to demand our will over God’s sovereign plan. Jesus Himself prayed in the Garden of Gethsemane, *"Not my will, but yours be done"* (Luke 22:42). Let us approach the throne of grace with confidence, but also with humility, acknowledging that His will is perfect, even when it differs from our desires.

Now, let us pray together for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who seeks Your favor and guidance in this upcoming interview. Lord, You know the desires of their heart and the needs they carry. We ask that You grant them clarity of mind and the confidence that comes from resting in You. Fill them with Your wisdom, so that their words and demeanor may reflect Your grace and excellence. Let the interviewers see the skills and character You have cultivated in them, and may any doubts or misunderstandings be dissolved by Your truth.

Father, we ask that You go before them, preparing the way and aligning this opportunity with Your perfect will. If this job is part of Your plan for their life, we pray that You would remove every obstacle and open the door widely. But if there is something better, something that aligns more closely with Your purpose for them, we ask that You would redirect their steps and make the path clear. Give them peace in the waiting and trust in Your timing, knowing that You are working all things together for their good.

Strengthen them, Lord, and let Your favor rest upon them. May this process—whether in success or redirection—draw them closer to You and deepen their reliance on Your provision. We rebuked any spirit of fear, anxiety, or self-reliance in Jesus’ name, and we declare that their trust is in You alone.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness to lead and provide. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray, Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
