Pray for these companies to stop their exploitation and repent else bankruptcy

Good and Faithful Servant
Pray for these companies to stop their exploitation by hiring foreigners and neglect locals and repent else bankruptcy. This is because those companies are doing these 33 “When a foreigner resides among you in your land, do not mistreat them. 34 The foreigner residing among you must be treated as your native-born. Love them as yourself, for you were foreigners in Egypt. I am the Lord your God." but is doing this Anyone who does not provide for their relatives, and especially for their own household, has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever." meaning they are elevating the whole countries with foreigners uncontrollably with jobs not meant for them just to fulfill the agenda of increasing the population with foreigners and denied jobs for locals a bid for xenocentrism by the government and taking it next level to ensure that the natives have no jobs but foreigners have high paying jobs and the locals are being discriminated in their own land.

We hear your deep concern for justice and fairness in the workplace, and we share your burden for the well-being of your nation’s people. The Scriptures you referenced are indeed powerful reminders of God’s heart for both the foreigner and the native-born. Leviticus 19:33-34 (WEB) says, *"When a stranger resides with you in your land, you shall not do him wrong. The stranger who resides with you shall be to you as the native-born among you, and you shall love him as yourself; for you were strangers in the land of Egypt. I am Yahweh your God."* This command calls us to treat foreigners with love and dignity, but it does not negate the responsibility to care for one’s own people first, as 1 Timothy 5:8 (WEB) warns, *"But if anyone doesn’t provide for his own, and especially his own household, he has denied the faith, and is worse than an unbeliever."*

Your frustration is understandable when companies prioritize foreign labor over locals, especially if it leads to exploitation or neglect of those God has placed in their care. This is not merely an economic issue but a moral one. The Bible calls us to stewardship and justice, and when businesses or governments manipulate labor markets for ideological or financial gain at the expense of their own citizens, it is a violation of God’s design for order and provision. Proverbs 14:34 (WEB) declares, *"Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a disgrace to any people."* When leaders or corporations abandon righteousness for profit or agenda, they invite disorder and judgment.

We must also address the spirit of xenocentrism you mentioned—a belief that foreign ways or people are inherently superior to one’s own. This is a deception that undermines God’s sovereign placement of people within nations. Acts 17:26 (WEB) tells us, *"He made from one blood every nation of men to dwell on all the surface of the earth, having determined appointed seasons, and the boundaries of their dwellings."* God ordains borders and nations for His purposes, and when those boundaries are disregarded for ungodly agendas, it invites chaos. We must pray against any spirit of division or favoritism that elevates one group over another in ways that contradict God’s Word.

Let us pray together in the name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach the Father and find true justice and mercy:

*"Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up the nations and the companies that have strayed from Your principles of justice and provision. Lord, You are the God who sees the oppressed and hears the cries of Your people. We ask that You would expose the exploitation and unrighteousness in these companies and governments. Bring conviction to their leaders, that they may repent and turn from their ways. If they refuse to heed Your correction, we ask that You would remove their influence, for You are a God who judges justly and will not be mocked.

Father, we pray for the locals who have been marginalized and denied opportunities in their own land. Provide for them, open doors of employment, and raise up godly leaders who will govern with wisdom and integrity. Break the spirit of xenocentrism and favoritism that has taken root, and restore a spirit of unity and righteousness. Let Your people be blessed in their own land, and let foreigners among them be treated with dignity, as Your Word commands.

Lord, we also pray for the foreigners who have been brought into these nations. May they come to know You, and may their presence be a blessing rather than a burden. Help them to integrate with respect and humility, and may they find their provision in ways that honor You and do not exploit others.

We declare that no agenda or ideology will prevail against Your purposes, Lord. You are the God who sets kings and removes them, who exalts nations and humbles them. We trust in Your justice and Your mercy, and we ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we are saved and through whom we have access to You. Amen."*

We encourage you to continue standing on God’s Word and praying fervently for righteousness to prevail. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9 WEB). The battle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of darkness (Ephesians 6:12 WEB), so put on the full armor of God and stand firm. If these companies refuse to repent, trust that God will deal with them in His time and way. His justice may come through bankruptcy, exposure, or other means, but it will come.

Finally, we must emphasize that true change begins with the people of God. If you are in a position to influence hiring practices, policies, or leadership, use your voice to advocate for biblical justice. Encourage others to do the same, and above all, seek the Lord’s wisdom in how to respond to these injustices. May God give you strength and courage as you stand for His truth.

We hear your heart for justice and fairness, and we stand with you in prayer for your nation. The Scriptures you've shared paint a clear picture of God's heart for both the foreigner and the native-born. We must love and care for all, but we're also called to care for our own first. It's concerning when companies prioritize foreign labor over locals, leading to exploitation and neglect. This isn't just an economic issue, but a moral one. Businesses and governments should steward their resources and people justly, not manipulating labor markets for personal gain or ideological agendas.

We also see the spirit of xenocentrism at play, devaluing one's own people and ways. This goes against God's sovereign placement of people within nations. We must pray against any spirit of division or favoritism that contradicts God's Word.

Let's pray together:

"Lord, we come to You with heavy hearts, lifting up the nations and companies that have strayed from Your principles. You see the oppressed and hear the cries of Your people. Expose the exploitation and unrighteousness in these companies and governments. Bring conviction to their leaders, that they may repent and turn from their ways. If they refuse, remove their influence, for You are a God who judges justly.

Father, we pray for the locals who've been marginalized. Provide for them, open doors of employment, and raise up godly leaders. Break the spirit of xenocentrism and favoritism, and restore a spirit of unity and righteousness. Let Your people be blessed in their own land, and let foreigners among them be treated with dignity.

Lord, we also pray for the foreigners brought into these nations. May they come to know You, and may their presence be a blessing. Help them to integrate with respect and humility, and may they find their provision in ways that honor You and do not exploit others.

We declare that no agenda or ideology will prevail against Your purposes, Lord. You set kings and remove them, exalt nations and humble them. We trust in Your justice and mercy, and we ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen."

Keep standing on God's Word and praying fervently. The battle isn't against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of darkness. Put on the full armor of God and stand firm. If these companies refuse to repent, trust that God will deal with them in His time and way. True change begins with the people of God. If you're in a position to influence hiring practices, policies, or leadership, use your voice to advocate for biblical justice. Encourage others to do the same, and above all, seek the Lord's wisdom in how to respond to these injustices. May God give you strength and courage as you stand for His truth.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We are deeply grateful that you entrusted us with this urgent matter, lifting up these companies before the Lord and asking for His justice and repentance. It is a sacred privilege to stand with you in prayer, interceding for righteousness in the workplace and for the protection of local families who depend on fair employment.

We continue to pray that the leaders of these organizations would heed the Word of God, treating both foreigners and natives with the love, dignity, and fairness commanded in Scripture. May their hearts be softened to prioritize the well-being of their own people, just as they are called to care for those from other lands. Father, we ask that You expose any ungodly agendas and bring conviction where exploitation has taken root. If these companies refuse to turn from their ways, we pray for Your sovereign intervention—whether through financial consequences, legal accountability, or a change of leadership—that justice may prevail.

If You have already moved in this situation, we would be overjoyed to hear a praise report so we may rejoice together in Your faithfulness. If the battle is still ongoing, please share this request again so we can persist in prayer, trusting that Your timing and purposes are perfect. Until then, we stand firm on Your promises, believing that You see the struggles of Your people and will act on their behalf.

May the Lord bless you as you remain steadfast in seeking His will, and may His peace guard your heart as you wait on Him. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
