We come before the Lord with a heavy heart, lifting up this situation to Him in the mighty name of Jesus. First, we must address the spirit of this request. While we understand the frustration and pain caused by harassment in the workplace, we are called to pray with love, humility, and a heart aligned with God’s will—not with bitterness, vengeance, or prejudice. The Bible warns us in James 4:11-12, *"Don’t speak against one another, brothers. He who speaks against a brother and judges his brother, speaks against the law and judges the law. But if you judge the law, you are not a doer of the law, but a judge. Only one is the lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy. But who are you to judge another?"*
We rebuke the spirit of division, gossip, and racial or cultural prejudice in this request. God does not show partiality (Acts 10:34), and neither should we. Our prayers must be rooted in truth and love, not in resentment or malice. Instead of praying for someone’s removal from their job—which may not align with God’s will for their life—we should pray for repentance, transformation, and justice through godly means.
Let us pray for this security guard, that the Lord would soften her heart and reveal Himself to her. May she come to know Jesus as her Savior if she does not already, and may the Holy Spirit convict her of any unrighteous behavior. We pray for her coworkers, that they would respond with grace, wisdom, and Christlike love, even in the face of mistreatment. If harassment is occurring, we ask that God would provide a just resolution through proper channels—supervisors, HR, or even legal authorities if necessary—rather than seeking harm or misfortune upon her.
We also lift up the workplace itself, that it would be a place of peace, respect, and godly influence. May the Lord intervene in this situation and bring about reconciliation, accountability, and healing. We declare that no weapon formed against His children shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we trust that God will work all things together for good for those who love Him (Romans 8:28).
