We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up the injustice and wrongdoing described in this request. First, we must acknowledge that vengeance belongs to God alone, for He declares in His Word, "Vengeance is mine; I will repay, says the Lord" (Romans 12:19 WEB). While we share in the righteous anger over exploitation and theft, we must guard our hearts against bitterness and instead pray for truth, justice, and repentance to prevail.
Father God, we bring before You the situation involving this company that has allegedly mistreated its workers, withheld wages, and engaged in dishonest practices. You are a God of justice, and You see every wrong committed. We ask that You expose all deceit and bring to light every hidden sin, as Your Word says, "For there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open" (Luke 8:17 WEB). Lord, we pray that those who have been wronged would find restitution and that the truth would be revealed in a way that brings glory to Your name.
We also pray for the hearts of those responsible for these injustices. Father, You desire that none should perish but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9 WEB). If there is any hope for redemption in this situation, we ask that You soften their hearts and lead them to turn from their wicked ways. Convict them of their sin, Lord, and bring them to a place of humility and repentance. If they refuse to repent, we trust in Your perfect justice to deal with them according to Your will.
For those who have been harmed by this company, we pray for Your healing and provision. You are the God who sees the affliction of Your people (Exodus 3:7 WEB), and we ask that You restore what has been taken from them—whether wages, dignity, or peace of mind. Provide for their needs, Lord, and surround them with Your comfort and strength. May they find solace in Your promise that You will never leave them nor forsake them (Hebrews 13:5 WEB).
We also lift up the broader issue of workplace injustice. Father, we ask that You raise up godly leaders and employers who honor You by treating their employees with fairness, integrity, and respect. Let Your principles of justice and righteousness prevail in every industry and workplace, so that Your name may be glorified.
Finally, we must address the tone of this request. While we understand the pain and frustration behind these words, we are called to pray with love and humility, even for our enemies. Jesus taught us, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you" (Matthew 5:44 WEB). This does not mean we ignore injustice, but we entrust it to God, who judges righteously. Let us pray not for destruction, but for repentance, restoration, and Your perfect will to be done.
Lord, we ask that You intervene in this situation. Bring justice to the oppressed, expose the truth, and let Your righteousness prevail. May Your name be glorified in all things, and may those who have been wronged find peace and healing in You. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can come before You, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB). Amen.
