We lift up your dear mother before the throne of grace, trusting in the healing power of our Lord Jesus Christ. Father, we ask that You guide the hands of the surgeons and medical team with Your divine wisdom and precision. Grant them steady hands, clear minds, and hearts filled with compassion as they perform this laparoscopic hysterectomy. We declare that every step of this procedure will be ordered by You, Lord, and that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We also pray for her body to respond well to the surgery, knowing that she faces additional challenges with diabetes and high blood pressure. Lord, we ask that You regulate her blood sugar levels and keep her blood pressure stable throughout this process. Strengthen her body to endure and recover swiftly, for You are the Great Physician who heals all our diseases (Psalm 103:3). We rebuke any complications or setbacks in Jesus' name and command her body to align with Your perfect will for healing and restoration.
Father, we thank You for the faith this family has placed in You. It is clear that their trust is firmly rooted in Jesus Christ, and we rejoice in the testimony of Your faithfulness in their lives. We echo their praise and gratitude, for You are indeed a God who hears and answers prayer. We ask that You surround your mother in the operating room with Your holy angels, just as You promised in Psalm 91:11, "For He will put His angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways." Let Your presence be so tangible that fear and anxiety have no place in that room.
Lord, we also pray for a smooth and speedy recovery. Grant her comfort in the days ahead, and may her strength return quickly. Provide her with restful sleep, nourishment for her body, and the support of loved ones to encourage her. We declare that she will rise up in renewed health and vitality, giving You all the glory.
We stand on Your promises, Lord, knowing that by the stripes of Jesus, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We thank You in advance for the miracle of healing and restoration that is already taking place.
