We lift up your son before the Lord in this moment, knowing that God is his strength, wisdom, and peace during these exams. The setbacks he has faced this year are not in vain, for the Lord uses all things for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28). This season is indeed one of growth, and though the challenges may seem overwhelming, we trust that God is refining him through it.
The Scriptures remind us in Philippians 4:13, *"I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me."* Even when your son feels uncertain or unprepared, let him remember that his ability comes from the Lord. We pray that God would bring to his mind all that he has studied, giving him clarity and recall beyond his own understanding. May he write with confidence, knowing that even if he does not have every answer, his effort is seen by God, who rewards diligence (Proverbs 12:24).
Let him not be discouraged, for the Lord is with him. As it is written in Joshua 1:9, *"Haven’t I commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Don’t be afraid. Don’t be dismayed, for Yahweh your God is with you wherever you go."* We declare this truth over him now—God is with him in that exam room, guiding his hand and calming his heart.
We also pray that you, as his parent, would be filled with peace, trusting that the Lord holds your son’s future. Your prayers are powerful, and we stand with you in agreement, believing that God will work mightily in this situation.
**Prayer:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this son who is sitting for his exams. Lord, You know the struggles he has faced this year, the setbacks and the missed opportunities, but we declare that You are turning it all for his good. Fill him with Your wisdom and peace as he writes. Help him to recall what he has learned and to write with confidence, even when he is unsure. Let him not be overwhelmed by fear or discouragement, but let him know that You are with him, strengthening him every step of the way.
We ask that You would calm his mind and steady his hand. Give him the ability to think clearly and to express his answers well. Remind him that his worth is not in his performance but in You, his Creator and Redeemer. May this season be one of growth, where he learns to trust You more deeply.
We also lift up his mother, who is interceding for him. Comfort her heart and assure her that You hear her prayers. Let her rest in Your promise that You will never leave nor forsake her son.
In Jesus’ name, we pray, believing that You are working all things together for good. Amen.
We encourage you to continue praying over your son, speaking life and confidence into him. Remind him that God’s plans for him are good, and even if the results are not what he hopes for, the Lord will guide his steps forward (Jeremiah 29:11). Keep pointing him to Christ, who is his ultimate hope and strength.
