We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up the concerns shared about the security company, its management, and the hardworking guards who serve faithfully. Father God, You see the injustices taking place, the withholding of fair wages, the spread of lies, the slander, and the harassment of Your children. We stand on Your Word, which declares, "Do not withhold wages from your workers, for their livelihood depends on them" (Jeremiah 22:13) and "The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still" (Exodus 14:14). Lord, we ask that You intervene miraculously in this situation.
We pray for the security guards who labor diligently, often under unfair conditions. May they be paid justly and promptly, as Scripture commands: "The worker is worthy of his wages" (1 Timothy 5:18). Provide for their needs, Lord, and let their integrity be rewarded. We also pray for peace to reign in this workplace. Where there is strife, bring reconciliation. Where there is division, bring unity. Where there is false accusation, expose the truth. "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called children of God" (Matthew 5:9).
We specifically lift up the troublesome supervisor who has been spreading lies. Father, soften his heart. Convict him of his wrongdoing and lead him to repentance. Replace his pride with humility, his deceit with honesty, and his malice with kindness. "Let no corrupt word proceed out of your mouth, but what is good for necessary edification, that it may impart grace to the hearers" (Ephesians 4:29). If he refuses to change, Lord, we ask that You remove him from his position of influence, for "a little leaven leavens the whole lump" (Galatians 5:9).
We also pray for the managers who have been unjustly targeting innocent Christian coworkers. Humble them, Lord, and open their eyes to the harm they are causing. Let them see the error of their ways and turn from their sinful behavior. "Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall" (Proverbs 16:18). If they persist in their wickedness, we ask that You bring their actions to light and hold them accountable. "For there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open" (Luke 8:17).
We rebuke the spirit of gossip, slander, and harassment in this company. We declare that these workers are not alone, You are their Defender, their Provider, and their Justice. "The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble" (Psalm 9:9). We ask that You break every chain of oppression in this workplace and replace it with Your peace, Your truth, and Your righteousness.
Finally, Lord, we pray for the salvation of all involved. May they come to know You as their Lord and Savior, for "there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12). Only through Jesus can hearts be transformed, and only through Him can true justice and peace be established.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, believing that You hear us and will act on behalf of Your children. Amen.
