We rejoice with you in this precious gift from the Lord—a new life growing within your daughter’s womb! The miracle of conception and the promise of a child are profound reminders of God’s faithfulness and His sovereign plan for families. We lift this sweet expectation before Him with great joy and thanksgiving.
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for this answered prayer. You knit this little one together in secret, and You alone know every detail of their days before one of them came to be (Psalm 139:13-16). We ask for Your divine protection over this pregnancy, Lord. Guard mother and child from every harm, complication, or fear. Strengthen your daughter’s body to nurture this life as You designed, and grant her peace in every moment of this journey. May she feel Your presence like a gentle hand upon her, reminding her that You are the Author of life and the Giver of every good gift (James 1:17).
Father, we pray for a perfect pregnancy—one free from illness, distress, or danger. May each week unfold according to Your perfect timing, and may the delivery be smooth, safe, and surrounded by Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Prepare the way for this child to enter the world healthy, whole, and filled with the breath of life You alone provide (Genesis 2:7). We declare that this baby is fearfully and wonderfully made, set apart for Your purposes even now (Jeremiah 1:5).
We also lift up your daughter’s husband, Lord. Strengthen him as a godly leader, provider, and protector for his family. Fill him with wisdom, patience, and joy as he supports his wife through this season. May their marriage be a testament to Your love—a covenant rooted in Christ, reflecting the beauty of Your design for family (Ephesians 5:22-33).
Lord, we thank You for the love this family already has for this child. May that love grow deeper still, not just for the joy this baby brings, but for the opportunity to raise them in the nurture and admonition of the Lord (Ephesians 6:4). Prepare their hearts to disciple this little one, teaching them to walk in Your ways and to know the hope found only in Jesus Christ.
We rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or anxiety that may try to creep in during this time. You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that this pregnancy is covered by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against it shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We stand on Your promises, Lord, trusting that You who began this good work will bring it to completion (Philippians 1:6).
Father, we also ask that You would use this child for Your glory. May their life be a light in this world, pointing others to the hope of salvation found in Your Son. May they grow to know You intimately, to love You wholeheartedly, and to serve You faithfully all the days of their life.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, through whom we have access to Your throne of grace. Amen.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
