Dead Lord,

I am asking you from the bottom of my heart to take me to a renewed place of love and of light. I want to be a positive happy person and I struggle with personal bouts of depression.

I pray for others like me who have suffered and have lingering feelings of loneliness and doubt.

Please deliver me from my insecurities and make me stronger in faith.

Please give me eyes that can see when you're carrying me and holding my hand as I walk along this rocky path.

I need you to give me faith and hope and love and free my heart to begin without all the transgressions. I want to forgive and to let go of all this baggage.

In Jesus' name I pray, Amen.
