We come before the Lord with a heavy heart, lifting up this security company and the strife among its leadership. Father God, You are the Prince of Peace, and where there is discord, You alone can bring unity and harmony. We ask that You intervene in this situation, softening the hearts of these managers and supervisors who are causing division. Lord, we pray that You would break down the walls of pride, selfish ambition, and unforgiveness that may be fueling this conflict.
Scripture tells us in James 3:16, "For where jealousy and selfish ambition are, there is confusion and every evil deed." We rebuke the spirit of strife and contention in this workplace, and we declare that it has no place in this company. Instead, we pray that the fruit of the Spirit, love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control, would be evident in every interaction among the leadership. Help them to see one another through Your eyes, Lord, and to work together for the common good of the company and those it serves.
We also pray for wisdom and humility to fill the hearts of these leaders. Proverbs 11:14 says, "Where there is no counsel, the people fall, but in the multitude of counselors there is safety." Father, raise up godly counsel within this company, those who can speak truth in love and help guide these leaders toward reconciliation. May they be willing to listen, to repent where necessary, and to extend grace to one another.
Lord, we ask that You would bring miraculous peace to this workplace. Let Your presence be so tangible that even those who do not yet know You would recognize that this peace is from You. We pray that this company would not only experience harmony but that it would also become a place where Your name is glorified. May the employees and clients alike see the difference You make in the lives of those who follow You.
We lift this request in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to You, Father. There is no other name by which we can be saved or by which we can approach Your throne with confidence. We thank You for hearing our prayer and for Your promise in Philippians 4:7, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." May this peace reign in this company, now and always. Amen.
