We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this security company and all who work within it. Father, we know that You desire peace, unity, and righteousness in every workplace, for Your Word declares, *"If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men"* (Romans 12:18). Yet we see strife, division, and ungodly behavior taking root here—harassment, slander, gossip, and pride—all of which grieve Your Holy Spirit.
Lord, we first rebuke the spirit of discord and deception that has infiltrated this workplace. We stand against the lies, the false accusations, and the malicious words spoken against innocent coworkers. Your Word warns, *"A perverse man stirs up strife, and a whisperer separates close friends"* (Proverbs 16:28). We ask You to silence every tongue that sows division and to bring conviction to those who have allowed pride and malice to govern their actions.
We pray specifically for the security supervisor and managers involved in this conflict. Father, You resist the proud but give grace to the humble (James 4:6). We ask that You break their hardness of heart and bring them to a place of repentance. Let them see the harm they have caused and turn away from their sinful behavior. May they be filled with Your peace, humility, and wisdom, treating their coworkers with the respect and dignity they deserve as fellow image-bearers of God.
For the innocent Christian coworkers who have been wronged, we ask for Your protection, comfort, and vindication. Your Word promises, *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is from Me"* (Isaiah 54:17). Strengthen them, Lord, and let them not grow weary in doing good, even when faced with injustice.
We also pray for the leadership of this company. Father, expose any unrighteousness in their dealings and bring correction where it is needed. Let them govern with integrity, fairness, and a commitment to truth. May they recognize the harm being done and take swift action to restore peace and order.
Most of all, we pray that Your name would be glorified in this situation. If there are those in this company who do not yet know You, Lord, we ask that this conflict would serve as an opportunity for them to see their need for a Savior. For it is only through Jesus Christ that true peace—peace with God and peace with one another—can be found. *"For He Himself is our peace, who made both groups one and broke down the middle wall of separation"* (Ephesians 2:14).
We declare that by the authority of Jesus’ name, every scheme of the enemy to divide and destroy will fail. We bind the spirits of strife, slander, and pride, and we loose the fruits of the Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control—over this workplace. May Your kingdom come and Your will be done in this company as it is in heaven.
In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
