We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this workplace and the strife among the employees at this security company. Father, we know that where there is discord, You desire unity, and where there is deceit, You call for truth. The Bible tells us in Ephesians 4:25, *"Therefore, putting away falsehood, speak truth each one with his neighbor, for we are members of one another."* Lord, we pray that You would expose any lies and false accusations being made against these innocent guards. Let truth prevail and justice be restored in this place.
We also ask for Your peace to fill this workplace, for Your Word declares in Philippians 4:7, *"And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* May Your peace, which transcends all human conflict, settle over these employees. Soften the hearts of those who are troublesome, dishonest, or unkind, and turn their ways toward righteousness. If there is any unrepentant sin—whether in speech, attitude, or action—we ask that You convict them and lead them to repentance.
We rebuke the spirit of division and strife in this workplace in the mighty name of Jesus. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we may have life abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that this workplace will not be a stronghold for the enemy but a place where Your light shines brightly. We pray for the leadership of this company—that they would govern with wisdom, fairness, and integrity, as Proverbs 29:2 says, *"When the righteous thrive, the people rejoice; when the wicked rule, the people groan."*
Father, we also lift up the innocent guards who have been falsely accused. Strengthen them in their integrity and grant them patience and perseverance. Let them not grow weary in doing good, for in due time, they will reap a harvest if they do not give up (Galatians 6:9). Surround them with godly support and remind them that their labor is not in vain in You.
Lord, we ask that You would bring about a miraculous transformation in this workplace. Let Your love and truth prevail, and let every employee—from the leadership to the guards—experience the power of Your grace. We pray that those who do not yet know You would come to salvation, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). May this company be a testimony to Your goodness and a place where Your name is glorified.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
