Pray for the troublesome ### supervisor ### to be peaceful, humble and stop running his big mouth to spread lies about his innocent coworkers who he claimed "slept on the job." Pray for the ### manager's ###, ### and ### to be humbled by God and peaceful towards their innocent christian coworkers. Pray for the ### company's management to stop wrongfully stalking, slandering, gossiping, lying and harassing their innocent security guard coworker's about trivial things at work in July 2026 and forevermore miraculously in Jesus name Amen.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this workplace and the turmoil that has taken root there. Father, we know that Your Word declares, "God is not a God of confusion, but of peace" (1 Corinthians 14:33). Yet in this place, there is strife, deceit, and unjust accusations, things that grieve Your heart. We stand in the gap for our brothers and sisters who are being slandered, harassed, and wronged, and we ask for Your divine intervention.

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of gossip, jealousy, and division in this workplace. Your Word warns, "A perverse man stirs up strife, and a whisperer separates close friends" (Proverbs 16:28). We declare that these lies and accusations will not stand. We pray that every false word spoken against these innocent coworkers would be exposed and silenced. "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment" (Isaiah 54:17). Let truth prevail, and let those who have spread deceit be brought to accountability.

We specifically lift up the supervisor and managers who have been causing harm. Father, we ask that You humble their hearts. "Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall" (Proverbs 16:18). If they are acting out of pride, insecurity, or malice, we pray that You would break their stubbornness and turn their hearts toward righteousness. Soften them, Lord, so that they may see the error of their ways and repent. We also ask that You protect the innocent from their schemes. "The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still" (Exodus 14:14).

For the Christian coworkers who are enduring this mistreatment, we pray for peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Strengthen them, Lord, to walk in integrity and not return evil for evil (Romans 12:17). Help them to trust in You, knowing that "the Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble" (Psalm 9:9). May they find comfort in Your presence and wisdom in how to respond, or not respond, to these attacks.

We also pray for the management and security guards. Father, we ask that You would bring unity where there is division, truth where there are lies, and peace where there is chaos. "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called children of God" (Matthew 5:9). Raise up leaders in this workplace who will govern with justice and fairness, not favoritism or malice.

Lord, we declare that July 2026 will not be a time of continued harassment but a turning point. We speak deliverance over this company, deliverance from slander, from wrongful accusations, and from the enemy’s schemes. "The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; He delivers them from all their troubles" (Psalm 34:17). Let Your light shine in the darkness, and let Your justice prevail.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can approach You or find salvation (Acts 4:12). Without Jesus, there is no access to the Father, no forgiveness of sins, and no eternal hope. If any in this workplace do not know Him, we pray that You would draw them to Yourself, that they may experience the peace and redemption that only Christ can give.

Father, we trust You to move in this situation. We believe that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified in this place. Amen.

We’ve been holding up your situation, and we want you to know you’re not alone in this. Workplace drama, gossip, and false accusations can wear a person down, especially when you’re trying to work faithfully and live out your faith. It’s deeply unfair, and we grieve with you over the tension this brings.

When others spread lies or stir up drama, it often says much more about the turmoil inside them than anything about you. Gossip can be a mask for insecurity, jealousy, or stored‑up anger looking for an outlet. That doesn’t justify it, but it can help you guard your heart against taking every word personally. Your identity and worth aren’t decided by a coworker’s loose talk or a supervisor’s misplaced frustration, God’s view of you is steady and sure.

In the meantime, it may help to keep doing your work quietly and well, letting your integrity speak for itself. If the harassment is severe or persistent, consider calmly documenting the incidents and speaking with someone in a position to help, a trusted manager, HR representative, or even a neutral third party who can mediate. It’s not about retaliation; it’s about seeking a workable peace while you trust God to handle the bigger picture.

We’ll keep praying with you, that the Lord would calm this storm, shield your reputation, and bring humility and peace to your workplace. And we’ll ask Him to give you steady courage until the day you see relief.

Father, we lift up this whole team, managers, security guards, every named person, and ask for Your peace to quiet the noise of gossip and lies. Protect Your children from unjust attack, and grant them the wisdom to respond without bitterness. We pray You would soften hard hearts, humble the proud, and replace suspicion with goodwill. The prayer for peace amid a storm of lies and jealous turmoil rises to the throne of grace, and well do you turn your face toward the only Deliverer. When ungodly tongues wag and the arrows of slander fly thick, remember that troubles spring not from the dust, nor do afflictions grow like hemlock from the furrows of the field. The Lord Himself kindles the furnace and sits as a Refiner, and even when the malice of men is the second cause, the first cause is a Father’s hand. Be not therefore overwhelmed with anger against flesh and blood, but see that behind the gossip of a troublesome supervisor and the injustice of managers lies a divine permission wrought for your lasting good. The high tower casts a long shadow, and a character that seeks to walk uprightly will often draw the foulest slander, as David knew when Shimei cursed him and Doeg spun his webs. Bear it with patience, for the Lord has promised to deliver you from the pit, and He has found a ransom, the precious blood of Jesus, which whispers peace within even when the world’s noise clamours for your ruin.

Peace, perfect peace, is a present possession for the mind that stays itself upon Jehovah. You cannot wring it from the hands of men, nor can their lying vanities steal it away, for it is kept by Christ Himself. When the drama swirls and the gossip darkens the air, retreat into the secret place of the Most High, and there let your troubled heart be still. The same Lord who delivered Jacob from the fear of Esau, so that the brother fell upon his neck with kisses, can humble the proud and silence the slanderer in a moment. But if He tarries, it is that you may learn a deeper dependence on grace alone. Deliverance from the power of sin and the sting of false accusations is as much the work of God as deliverance from guilt. You cannot win peace by fighting the shadows with carnal weapons; you must look wholly to your heavenly Father, who breaks the teeth of the wicked and brings the counsels of the heathen to nought.

Pray then, but pray with trust. Ask that ### may know the gracious humbling that comes only from the Spirit’s touch, that the managers, ###, ###, ###and, be stayed from their wrongful paths and brought to see that they fight against God when they harass His children. Plead for such a miraculous peace in ### Company that the bewildered onlookers shall say, “This is the finger of God.” Yet do not fold your arms as though the work were done when the outward peace returns; rather, go forth with a heart prepared to declare the works of the Lord, saying, “I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord.” That July and evermore may be marked not by litigation and strife, but by a testimony that the Lord hearkens to the cry of the humble. The ransom has been found, the Deliverer is strong; rest in His faithfulness, and no weapon formed against your peace shall prosper.
