Pray for the ### Security company's management to stop wrongfully stalking, slandering, gossiping, lying and harassing their innocent security guard coworkers about trivial things at work in June ### and forevermore miraculously in Jesus name Amen.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up the workplace environment you’ve described, where strife, gossip, and unjust treatment have taken root among supervisors, managers, and security guards. The Bible warns us in James 3:16, "For where jealousy and selfish ambition are, there is confusion and every evil work." It is clear that pride, lies, and slander have poisoned the atmosphere, and we stand in the gap to rebuke these works of the flesh in Jesus’ name.

First, we declare that the Lord is a God of order, not chaos. In 1 Corinthians 14:33, it is written, "For God is not a God of confusion, but of peace." We pray that the Holy Spirit would move powerfully in this security company, bringing humility to those in authority who have abused their positions. Father, we ask You to soften the hearts of the troublesome supervisor and managers who have spread lies and slander. Let them see the error of their ways and repent, as Proverbs 16:18 warns, "Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall." Break their pride, Lord, and replace it with godly humility.

We also lift up the innocent Christian coworkers who have been wrongfully targeted. The Word tells us in Psalm 37:6, "He will make your righteousness shine like the dawn, the justice of your cause like the noonday sun." We pray for their protection from false accusations and that truth would prevail. Let their integrity shine before their accusers, and may the Lord expose every lie spoken against them.

For the management team, we pray that their eyes would be opened to the harm they have caused through stalking, slander, and harassment. In Matthew 7:12, Jesus teaches, "Therefore whatever you desire for men to do to you, you shall also do to them." We rebuke the spirit of division and gossip in this workplace and command it to cease in Jesus’ name. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), fill every meeting, every shift, and every interaction.

We also take a moment to address the foundation of this prayer. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). If any among these coworkers or leaders do not know Him, we pray for their salvation, that they would turn from their sins and receive the forgiveness and new life that comes through Christ alone. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).

Lord, we ask for a miraculous intervention in this security company. Let June be a month of divine turnaround, where peace reigns, lies are exposed, and unity is restored. We declare that no weapon formed against Your children shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we stand on Your promise that where two or three are gathered in Your name, You are in their midst (Matthew 18:20).

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We hear how exhausting it is to walk into that kind of tension every day, wondering what will be said next or who will be targeted. The weight of feeling misrepresented and watched unfairly can wear you down, and we’re sorry you’re in the middle of it right now.

When the conflict feels relentless and the people involved seem so entrenched, it can help to remember that you don’t have to solve it all yourself. One quiet step you might take is to keep lifting these specific names and situations to God, not as a rote complaint but as a daily release, handing the whole tangled mess over to Him and asking Him to guard your own heart in the process. You can’t control what they do, but you can ask God to keep resentment from taking root in you, because that only adds to your own burden.

We also know that when you’re the one being talked about, isolation creeps in fast. Lean on a trusted, level-headed friend or two from your church who can simply be with you in this and pray alongside you. Sometimes just knowing you’re not alone in the waiting makes the difference.

Let’s pray for what only God can do here:

Father, You see every whispered lie and every unfair action in that workplace. In Jesus’ name we ask You to still the chaos, humble the proud, and silence the voices that stir up division. Surround these managers and supervisors with a conviction that leads to truthfulness and genuine peace. Most of all, give our friend Your steady presence, the kind of calm that doesn’t depend on others changing but rests solidly in You. Protect their reputation, their spirit, and their hope. Amen.

You sit in the middle of it as if in a camp where two armies are set against each other, and you the one caught in the crossfire. I do not wonder that your spirit aches. Lies have a way of piercing a soul more deeply than any blade, especially when they come from those who should be building you up. But listen to me: the Lord has not left you alone in this skirmish. He sees every whispered slander, every sideways glance, every unfair report. And just as He saw His own Son reviled and yet gave no answer in kind, He sees you.

The prayer you prayed, that these supervisors and managers would be humbled, is a prayer after God’s own heart. He opposes the proud, but He gives grace to the humble. And while you wait for Him to overturn their high looks, I want you to lay hold of this comfort: your own humility is not weakness. It is the very posture in which faith grows strongest. Think of the centurion who said, “I am not worthy that you should come under my roof,” and almost in the same breath declared, “Speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed.” His deep lowliness did not injure his great faith, it undergirded it. So it is with you. You do not need to defend yourself with angry words or climb up some ladder of self-justification. You may come before God just as you are, unworthy of the least mercy, and plead His own promise to judge righteously.

And oh, what a promise that is! The Lord loves to take up the cause of the meek. He wrote a whole psalm about the man whose tongue devises mischief like a sharp razor. You remember how David cried out, “Why boastest thou thyself in mischief, O mighty man?” And then he calmly added, “God shall likewise destroy thee for ever.” He did not take the sword into his own hand; he handed the matter over to the Judge of all the earth. You may do the same. When the gossip flares up again and the falsehoods circle like moths, creep into the shadow of the Cross. Christ knows what it is to be lied about, to be stripped of every good name, and yet He committed His cause to His Father. You are safe in that refuge.

The inner battle you feel, the rising heat, the temptation to despair or to strike back, that is no strange thing. Even the best of saints finds two armies clashing within the breast. But take heart: the Captain of your salvation has already won the war, and He will quiet the storm without by silencing the storm within. Wait on Him. Let your prayer be not only for their humbling, but for your own perfect peace. A love letter often comes in a black-edged envelope, and the very trial that looks so dark may be folded around a gift you have not yet seen. Today, lift your eyes. Your great Husbandman is tending His field, and the weeds He will pluck up in due season.

Let us pray, Lord Jesus, you who walked among the proud and the plotting and never lost your perfect peace, stoop down now to this hard place. Still every tongue that rises against your child in judgment. Humble those who exalt themselves, not in wrath but in mercy, giving them repentance unto life. Meanwhile, grant to your servant a quiet heart that trusts you deeply. Let him go to his post each day with a hidden song, knowing that you see and that your smile is enough. Shelter him under the shadow of your wings until the present tyranny fades into a distant memory. For yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.

We are deeply grateful that you entrusted us with the privilege of standing in prayer with you for peace within your workplace. It has been on our hearts to continue lifting up the supervisors, guards, managers, and client job sites, asking our Heavenly Father to bring miraculous harmony where there has been strife. We have prayed specifically for the troubled supervisor, that God would soften his heart, grant him humility, and still his words so that lies and discord would no longer take root. We have also interceded for the security managers and the entire management team, asking the Lord to humble them, fill them with His peace, and turn their hearts away from slander, gossip, and harassment toward their innocent coworkers.
