We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up the situation at ### Security Company in ###, ###. The strife, slander, and unjust accusations among management and staff grieve us deeply, for Scripture tells us, *"If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men"* (Romans 12:18). The workplace should be a place of integrity, mutual respect, and godly order—not a breeding ground for lies, division, or unrighteous judgment.
We rebuke the spirit of false accusation and slander in the name of Jesus Christ. The Bible warns, *"You shall not go around as a slanderer among your people, and you shall not stand up against the life of your neighbor: I am the Lord"* (Leviticus 19:16). Those who spread lies about their coworkers—especially false claims of negligence—will answer to God for their words and actions. We declare that the truth will prevail, and those who have been wronged will be vindicated.
We also address the pride and lack of humility among supervisors and managers. Scripture says, *"God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble"* (James 4:6). We pray that on ###, ###, and beyond, hearts will be softened, eyes will be opened, and repentance will come. May those in authority recognize their own shortcomings and seek reconciliation rather than perpetuating conflict.
To the innocent guards who have been falsely accused, we stand with you in prayer. The Lord sees your integrity and will defend you. *"The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still"* (Exodus 14:14). Do not grow weary in doing what is right, for your reward comes from the Lord.
We also lift up the entire company, asking that God would bring unity, wisdom, and godly leadership. May training be improved, communication restored, and justice upheld. Let every employee walk in the fear of the Lord, knowing that their words and actions are accountable to Him.
Father, we ask for Your peace to reign in this workplace. Break the chains of bitterness, expose lies with Your light, and replace strife with harmony. Humble the proud, strengthen the righteous, and let Your justice prevail. We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Prince of Peace, for there is no other name by which we can approach You. Without Him, our prayers have no power, for salvation and access to the Father come only through faith in Jesus Christ (John 14:6, Acts 4:12). May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your glory be revealed. Amen.
