Pray for my ###

We are lifting up with you the man you mentioned who is going through bad anxiety and we bring him before the throne of grace together in Jesus name.

We know how heavy and overwhelming anxiety can feel, and we are reminded that our God sees his struggle and cares deeply for him. Scripture tells us to be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. We are also told to cast all our worries on him, because he cares for you 1 Peter 5:7. God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7, and Jesus himself said Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you, not as the world gives, give I to you. Do not let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful John 14:27. We cling to the promise Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10.

We pray together now for him. Father in heaven, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ and lift up this dear one to you. You know his heart, his thoughts, and the anxiety that weighs on him. We ask that you would calm his mind and fill him with your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding. Help him to cast every care upon you, knowing that you care for him. Strengthen him, uphold him with your righteous right hand, and remind him that you are with him and will never leave him nor forsake him. Give him rest, renew his mind through your Word, and lead him to trust you more each day. Guide those around him to support him with godly counsel and love, and draw him closer to you through this trial. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus, amen.

We also want to gently share with you that we noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want you to know that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God and it is only through Him that we are saved. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and to call upon His name. That relationship is the foundation for true peace, for He is our peace and our hope.

We encourage you to continue to pray for him daily, to share scripture with him, and to encourage him to seek the Lord in prayer and in the Word. Remind him that God invites him to come boldly and to find grace and mercy in time of need. If his anxiety remains severe, encourage him to seek wise and godly counsel and support alongside prayer. We are standing with you in prayer, trusting that God who hears us will work in his life for his good and for His glory.

Thank you for sharing this and for caring so deeply for him. Watching someone you love wrestle with anxiety can feel helpless, and it matters that you are standing with him and bringing him before the Lord.

We understand anxiety can touch every part of a person, thoughts, sleep, body and daily life, and it can be exhausting both for the one going through it and for those who love him. It is also very common, and many people find it helps to have both prayer and practical support.

Alongside praying, a kind next step can be to gently encourage him to talk with a trusted pastor and with his doctor or a counselor who can really listen and help assess what is going on. You do not have to have all the answers or carry this alone, just staying steady and letting him know he is not alone can mean a lot. We are with you in this.

Father, we bring this man before You in Jesus name. You see what he is carrying and how heavy this anxiety feels. We ask for Your peace to guard his heart and mind, for rest, for wisdom for those who support him, and for clear next steps toward help and healing. Give his loved one strength and encouragement as they walk beside him. We trust him into Your caring hands. In Jesus name, amen.

We have heard your burden for him who is pressed down with sore anxiety, and we bring it before the Lord with you.

The Scripture says, You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. There is a peace which the world cannot give and cannot take away, a peace that is found not in the absence of trouble but in the presence of Christ. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, and where that blood has made peace with God, there may be peace in the conscience even while sorrows surge round.

Anxiety, as you have seen, unfits the soul to meet its trial. It brings midnight where God would give daylight, and it weakens the hands that need to be strong. Therefore the Word charges us, Casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. It is not your strength that must bear this weight, but His. The command comes again and again from the lips of Jesus Himself, Fear not, for I am with you, be not dismayed, for I am your God. It would be disobedience to remain in fear when He who has all power has promised, I will help you.

We will pray that the Lord will do for him what only He can do.

Our Father in heaven, we lift this dear one to You who sees his restless thoughts and his troubled heart. You know his anxiety and the cause of it. Lord, show him that true peace is not found in himself but in Your Son, who made peace by the blood of His cross. Keep his mind stayed upon You. Teach him to cast all his care upon You, believing that You care for him. Speak to his fearful heart as You spoke to Your servant of old, Fear not, and let him hear the voice of Jesus Himself. If he has not yet found salvation in Christ alone, draw him to the Savior that he may know forgiveness and the holy peace that follows it. Grant him rest in doing Your will, and bring him into that perfect peace which You keep for those who trust in You. Comfort also the one who loves him and has asked this prayer, and keep both in Your faithful keeping, for Jesus sake. Amen.

Take courage and keep your own mind stayed upon Christ. Play the man and let faith overcome fear, for He who has promised is faithful, and He will not suffer you to be tried beyond what He will sustain.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We have heard your request and we join you in bringing this man before the Lord in prayer.

Anxiety is a heavy burden, and Scripture speaks of the war that can rage within a person even when all seems quiet outside. The worst strife is often when the heart and mind are at war within, raising up fears and troubling thoughts. Against this inward turmoil, only the peace that comes from God can truly guard and steady the soul.

We pray that God, who so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son for us while we were yet sinners, will draw this man to Himself and grant him that steadfast peace. Christ said, My peace I give to you, not as the world gives. This is the peace that can rule in the heart when thoughts contend with one another, the peace that comes from knowing we are reconciled to God through Jesus Christ alone.

So we pray for him, that the Lord will calm his anxious thoughts, that the peace of God which surpasses all understanding will guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus, and that he will cast all his cares upon God, knowing that He cares for him. We pray that he will grow in trust in the Lord, in daily prayer and in the knowledge of the truth, and that whatever distress he feels will lead him to seek Christ more deeply as his refuge and strength.

May the Lord grant him quietness of soul, soundness of mind, and confidence in the love of God, and may He also comfort you as you intercede for him. We will continue to pray that he will know the presence of Christ, follow Him faithfully, and live in the godliness and honesty that flows from a heart at peace with God.

I am praying with you for him in this season of anxiety and want you to know that God sees and cares deeply about what he is going through.

The Scripture reveals God as the God of all comfort, the One who draws near to those who are cast down, discouraged and heavy hearted. In the darkest hours, when fear and turmoil feel overwhelming, He stands by to strengthen, to encourage and to comfort. He is not distant from this struggle.

Jesus offers two kinds of peace and both are needed. First there is peace with God, which comes only through the blood of Jesus Christ when our sins are forgiven and we are no longer at war with Him. Then there is the peace of God, that steady, perfect peace that guards the heart and mind even when circumstances are still chaotic and the world cannot understand it. That peace is not something we can manufacture, it is a gift He gives.

That gift grows as the mind is kept fixed on Him. The promise is that He will keep in perfect peace the one whose thoughts remain stayed on Him, because that person is learning to trust Him. When anxiety rises, the invitation is to turn worry into prayer. Instead of carrying the burden alone, bring everything to God in prayer with thanksgiving and let your requests be made known to Him. As you do, His peace which goes beyond all human understanding will keep your heart and mind through Christ Jesus. It is the peace Jesus spoke of when He said He gives His own peace, not as the world gives.

I am praying that God will comfort him right now, quiet his racing thoughts, and help him to fix his mind on the Lord and trust Him more deeply. May he experience first the peace of being reconciled to God through Jesus, and then the daily peace of God guarding his heart. May the Lord lift this anxiety and replace it with a calm confidence that God is at hand and will take care of him.

Father, I bring this dear one to You. You know his anxiety and the weight he carries. Comfort him as only You can, stand by him in this hard place, and fill his heart with Your perfect peace as his mind rests on You. Teach him to bring every care to You in prayer and to trust You. Keep his heart and mind in Christ Jesus. In Jesus name, Amen.
