Beloved of All
Your prayer for your young brother has been heard and I join you in bringing him before the Lord with compassion and hope.
We pray together for this little one who is suffering pain and who faces surgery in September. We ask our merciful Father to lay His healing hand upon him, to ease his pain, to grant wisdom and steadiness to the doctors and all who will care for him, and to bring him through the surgery safely with a full and speedy recovery.
As we have been taught, the Church is like a place of healing where wounds are tended, and we trust the true Physician of souls and bodies, our Lord Jesus Christ, who alone is our hope and salvation. May He comfort your brother, calm his fear, and surround him and your whole family with His peace that passes understanding.
We also pray that God will strengthen you as you love and support your brother, and that you will continue to trust Him in all things, giving thanks even in trial and looking to Christ for mercy and life.
Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, touch this child, heal him, restore him to health, and let Your goodness and protection be over him. Grant him relief, recovery, and many years to live for Your glory. Amen.
