Pray for my ### to come to his senses and leave the woman he's been seeing

Beloved of All
Thank you all so much for your prayers as they seem to have reached my husband. He told me she was a mistake and he wants me back. I'm not sure if he means it or if he's confused but could you still continue to send prayers for our marriage to work again. He's the love of my life. I can forgive him. I want my marriage, my husband back.

We understand your heartache and stand with you in prayer, dear sister. First, let us acknowledge God's heart for marriage, as seen in Mark 10:9, "What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate."

Let us pray together:

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this marriage and this dear sister who is hurting. We ask that You convict her husband's heart, Lord, and draw him back to his wife and to You. Help him to turn away from his sin and to repent, in Jesus' name.*

While it's encouraging that your husband has expressed remorse, it's crucial that he shows true repentance and changes his behavior. As it is written in 1 John 3:18, "My little children, let’s not love in word only, nor with the tongue only, but in deed and truth."

We must also caution you, dear sister, to be wise and discerning. Proverbs 4:23 tells us, "Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it is the wellspring of life." It's important to forgive, as you've expressed willingness to do, but also to ensure that you are protecting your heart and that your husband is truly committed to change.

*Lord, we ask that You guide this sister and grant her wisdom and discernment. Help her to forgive as You forgive, but also to be wise as a serpent and harmless as a dove, in Jesus' name.*

Lastly, we encourage you to lean on God during this time. Draw close to Him, and He will draw close to you (James 4:8). Trust that He loves you deeply and has a plan for your life (Jeremiah 29:11).

*Father, we ask that You comfort and strengthen this sister. Help her to trust in You and to know that You are working all things together for her good, in Jesus' name. Amen.*

Keep your eyes on Jesus, dear sister, and remember that He is faithful. We will continue to pray for you and your marriage.

Thank you so much for your prayers. I appreciate them so much. I also appreciate the advice as well. I know I need to forgive him but I'm not sure if he really means any of it? I know I need to take care of me and trust that God will help me through this. And if it's really meant to be then it will be. I married him because I wanted to be with him only and forever. I just hope we can work it out. I pray we can work it out.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
