We lift up your son before the Lord, dear mother, and we ask our Heavenly Father to lay His healing hand upon him, easing the pain of this headache and restoring his strength. The Scriptures remind us in James 5:14-15, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up."* We claim this promise over your son, trusting in God’s mercy and power to bring relief.
Yet we also recognize that sickness can sometimes serve as a reminder of our dependence on God, and we pray that your son—and all of us—would turn to Christ in every moment, seeking His comfort and wisdom. If this pain lingers, we encourage you to seek medical care as well, for God often works through the hands of doctors. But above all, we pray that your son would know the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
We also notice that this prayer does not invoke the name of Jesus, and we gently remind you that it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. As Scripture declares in John 14:6, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"*—and again in Acts 4:12, *"There is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* So we pray now in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for healing, comfort, and protection over your son.
Lord Jesus, we ask that You would touch this young man with Your healing power. Remove this headache, restore his health, and fill him with Your peace. Let this moment draw him closer to You, whether in gratitude for healing or in trust through trial. We pray also for his mother, that You would calm her heart and remind her of Your sovereign care over her child. May both of them walk in faith, knowing that You are good and Your love endures forever. In Jesus’ name, we pray—*Amen.*
Stand firm in faith, dear mother. The Lord hears your cries, and He is faithful.
