Pray For My Grandmother

I'm asking everyone to please say a prayer for my Grandmother she has had 2 heart attacks this week and had serious heart damage and we still aren't sure if she can even have surgery to try and fix her heart, I was pretty much raised by her shes my bestfriend and we're very very close my heart is heavy right now I'm begging everyone to please say a prayer for this special lady she has made it though breast cancer and a brain tumor and is a very strong lady and know she can make it though this everyone please pray for us

Is she a believer in Christ? If not we need to pray for her salvation badly.
