Pray For My Family

Please pray for me. My life is in turmoil. My son has told me he is homosexual and even though I tell him I love him and i support him, he says he hates me. Everyday we fight. I can't concentrate, I'm losing friends, my husband is in denial and has been brooding and grumpy. Help me. Show me the way. I pray for peace in my family and in my heart.

Dear RoxanneFornells,

Trusting God, when our path in life grows muddy, is not an easy task. The mud of weariness, busyness and hurt can cause us to trip and even fall. Choose to trust that God has our best interest at heart and lean on His strength to get you through your day. Thank God for the things He has done in your past. He hears your prayers and He knows the good plan He’s prepared for each one of us. I send and pray this prayer with you:

MY LORD GOD, I have no idea where I am going. I do not see the road ahead of me. I cannot know for certain where it will end. Nor do I really know myself, and the fact that I think that I am following your will does not mean that I am actually doing so. But I believe that the desire to please you does in fact please you. And I hope I have that desire in all that I am doing. I hope that I will never do anything apart from that desire. And I know that if I do this you will lead me by the right road though I may know nothing about it. Therefore will I trust you always though I may seem to be lost and in the shadow of death. I will not fear, for you are ever with me, and you will never leave me to face my perils alone. In Jesus’ Name. AMEN.

Holy Father, God I can’t even imagine or grasp the love You have for Me. Your love for me and Your plan to save me overwhelms and humbles me. It boggles my imagination. That Jesus would die for me so that I can live with You captures my heart! God I ask in Jesus’ name, Heal my heart and my family. Deliver us Lord Jesus. Straighten our lives out. Fix what is wrong in our lives and make it right. God Thank You for loving me and answering this prayer with a yes and amen!!!!
