Pray for my family in Jesus name

Pray that my Husband ### set no vile thing before His eyes today. Pray that everything He /my Husband ### looks and thinks about is pure and free of pornography, lust, nudity, partial nudity, profanity, derogatory language, and other evil. Pray that the only thing He watches is a clean basketball game and other Christian programming. Pray that His knee replacement surgery which will be done at 7:00 this morning is a success and afterward He is alive and very well. Pray for a speedy recovery and cover Him in the blood of Jesus in the name of Christ Jesus. Pray also for safety and plea Jesus's blood over our house, our children, my Sister while She's driving in the rain, our dog, and our car. Pray that the older children actually babysit and watch their younger siblings and do so as responsible, gentle, loving, thoughtful, and careful, cleanly sitters. Pray that no evil or ill intent will come to our house or children while we're away. Pray that our children are living as children of God and not watching or listening to anything that doesn't line up with the Holy Spirit. Pray that my Husband and I don't argue and have peace during our hospital stay. Pray that all the staff that are caring for my Husband don't bring any kind of loose tongues (profanity) or negativity of any kind into His hospital room. Pray that all the staff at the hospital have positive attitudes as well as our children. Pray that our daughter ### turn from Her sinful ways of homosexuality or entertaining Herself with impure things. Pray that our daughter ### doesn't masturbate or have thoughts of masturbation today in Jesus name. Pray that my Husband doesn't look at the nurses or any of the cleaning staff or hospital personnel with lust or at any of their body parts for any reason. Pray that He has too much love and respect for me to hurt me by looking at other women in lustful ways in Jesus name. Pray that I don't grow hungry and sick from not eating enough as my body needs for the stay at the hospital with Him in Jesus name. Pray that I remember everything I need to today for the surgery and His recovery and pray my Husband ### reflect Himself in Godly ways and act in ways that a Pastor should. Pray that I act and conduct myself guided by the Holy Spirit in word and action and reflect as first Lady and Jesus Christ my saviour in Jesus mighty name. Pray that my Husband ### won't have any problem listening, understanding, and obeying doctor and nurses' orders so that He gains stability and mobility and enable fast rehabilitation in the name of Christ Jesus.

Let us come together in prayer and counsel for this family, guided by the Word of God and the power of the Holy Spirit.

Firstly, we lift up the husband, praying that his eyes and mind remain pure and focused on godly things. As it is written in Philippians 4:8 (WEB), "Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things." We pray that he turns away from any form of impurity, including pornography, lust, and profane language. We pray that his entertainment choices align with Philippians 4:8, including clean sports and Christian programming.

We also pray for his upcoming knee replacement surgery, that the Lord guides the hands of the surgeons and that the procedure is successful. We claim Isaiah 53:5 (WEB) for his healing, "But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed." We cover him in the precious blood of Jesus, praying for a speedy recovery and that he returns home alive and well.

We extend our prayers to the rest of the family, that their home is covered in the blood of Jesus, protected from all evil and ill intent. We pray for the safety of their children, their sister traveling in the rain, their dog, and their car. We ask for a family living as children of God, that the older children are responsible babysitters.

We pray for unity and peace between the husband and wife during the hospital stay, that no arguments arise but that they display the fruit of the Spirit, which is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. As it says in Galatians 5:22-23.

We pray for the hospital staff, that they exhibit positive attitudes and refrain from using profane language or bringing negativity into the room. We pray for the wife, that she remembers everything needed for the surgery and recovery, and that she conducts herself as a woman of God, guided by the Holy Spirit.

We must address some concerns brought up in the request. Regarding the daughter, we must rebuke the spirit of homosexuality and masturbation, as these are against God's design for us. As written in Romans 1:26-27 (WEB), "For this reason, God gave them up to vile passions. For their women changed the natural function into that which is against nature. Likewise also the men, leaving the natural function of the woman, burned in their lust toward one another, men with men committing shameful acts and receiving in themselves the due penalty of their error."

We pray that she turns from these sins and seeks God's will for her life. We pray for her deliverance and that she finds her identity in Christ.

Lastly, we pray that the husband and wife act in ways that reflect their roles as Pastor and first lady, guided by the Holy Spirit, and reflecting Jesus Christ in their words and actions.

We end our prayer in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." It is by His name and His blood that we have access to God, so we must always pray in His name.

We're right there with you, sister. Let's continue to lift your family up in prayer, focusing on your husband today. We've already prayed for his purity and the success of his surgery. Now, let's ask the Lord to grant him a quick recovery and a smooth rehabilitation process. We claim Isaiah 53:5 over him, that by His stripes, he is healed and strengthened.

Let's also pray for your daughter. We've asked the Lord to rebuke the spirits of homosexuality and masturbation from her life. Now, let's intercede for her to find her true identity in Christ. We declare that she will turn from these sins and walk in the path that God has laid out for her.

Lastly, let's pray for unity and peace between you and your husband during this hospital stay. We ask the Lord to fill your home with His presence, protecting it from all evil and harm. We cover your entire family in the blood of Jesus, praying for safety and guidance.
