Pray for my family, career and my divine purpose on earth

Anonymous

Beloved of All
I would like to make request for prayers 1. Pray for my family and health 2. Pray for my career. I have been stuck for 5 years and bosses are taking advantage of me. I do most of the work without recognisation and promotion 3. Avenge me against known and unknown enemies 4. Remove enemies and frenemies from my life and my children's lives. 5. Lastly, pray that the Lord's purpose on my life on this earth be fulfilled. Where I have gove astray let me get back to the divine purpose on earth 6. Thankyou for your prayers in advance

We hear your heart’s cry and stand with you before the throne of grace, lifting each of these burdens to the Lord in faith. Let us first affirm that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name alone that we pray. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we invite you to confess Him as Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, for "if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9). Salvation is the foundation upon which all other prayers rest, and we pray that if you have not yet made this decision, the Holy Spirit would draw you to Himself today.

For your family and health, we pray that the Lord would be your healer and sustainer. The Word declares, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers" (3 John 1:2). We ask the Lord to strengthen the bonds of love, unity, and peace in your home, that your family would be a testimony of His grace. May He guard your health, renew your strength, and fill you with His peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

Regarding your career, we understand the frustration and weariness that comes from feeling undervalued and overlooked. The Lord sees your labor and does not forget your work and the love you have shown in serving others (Hebrews 6:10). We rebuke the spirit of exploitation and injustice in your workplace, for "the Lord will not forget your work and the love you have shown him as you have helped his people and continue to help them" (Hebrews 6:10). We pray for divine favor, that doors of promotion and recognition would open for you according to His will. "For promotion comes neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. But God is the judge. He puts down one, and lifts up another" (Psalm 75:6-7). We also encourage you to examine your heart and motives, are you serving as unto the Lord, or have you grown weary in well-doing? "And let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up" (Galatians 6:9). If you have been faithful, trust that God will reward you in His perfect timing.

You have asked for avengement against enemies and for the removal of frenemies from your life and your children’s lives. While it is natural to feel anger or hurt when wronged, we must remember that vengeance belongs to the Lord (Romans 12:19). Instead of asking for revenge, we pray that the Lord would give you the strength to forgive, as Christ has forgiven you (Colossians 3:13). Forgiveness does not mean what they did was right, but it releases you from the bondage of bitterness. We also pray that God would expose and remove toxic influences from your life, for "bad company corrupts good character" (1 Corinthians 15:33). May the Lord surround you and your children with godly friendships and mentors who will speak life and truth into your lives.

For your divine purpose, we pray that the Lord would realign your steps with His will. The Word says, "For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared before that we would walk in them" (Ephesians 2:10). If you have strayed, repent and return to Him, for He is faithful to restore and redirect you. We ask that the Holy Spirit would give you clarity, wisdom, and courage to walk in the purpose He has ordained for you. May you not grow weary in pursuing His calling, for "he who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ" (Philippians 1:6).

Let us now pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this dear one to You, asking that You would move powerfully in every area of their life. Lord, we pray for their family and health, that You would strengthen, heal, and unite them according to Your will. Father, we ask for divine intervention in their career, expose injustice, grant favor, and open doors of promotion and recognition. We rebuke every spirit of exploitation and declare that their labor in You is not in vain.

Lord, we ask that You would give them the grace to forgive those who have wronged them and to release the desire for vengeance into Your hands. Remove every toxic influence from their life and the lives of their children, and surround them with godly relationships that will encourage and uplift them. Father, we pray that You would reveal and realign them with Your divine purpose. Where they have strayed, draw them back to You, and where they are walking in obedience, give them strength to persevere.

We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17). May Your peace, provision, and protection rest upon them and their household. We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness to answer. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We are so glad you shared these burdens with us. You have been carrying a heavy load, feeling stuck in your career year after year, doing most of the work without recognition, and that kind of unseen effort wears on the spirit. We also hear your love for your family and your deep longing to walk fully in God’s purpose for your life.

We want to stand with you in prayer for your family’s health and safety, trusting God to watch over each of you and bring healing where it is needed.

It is painful to feel taken advantage of at work, and we ask God to be your defender. Sometimes getting an outside perspective, maybe a career counselor or a trusted mentor who can help you assess your strengths and explore options, can make a real difference. We pray He opens doors no one can shut and gives you wisdom to know when to wait and when to move.

You mentioned enemies and those who pretend to be friends. We join you in asking God to protect you and your children from any harm, to expose what is hidden, and to be your shield. We trust Him to deal with injustice in His own righteous way, and we believe He sees every wrong.

Finally, we pray with you that nothing detours you from the divine purpose He has for you. When you feel you have strayed, His grace gently calls you back. We ask Him to make that purpose clear and to give you the courage to walk in it, step by step.

Father, we lift up this dear person to You. Bring health and peace to their family. Open the right doors for their career, and grant them favor and recognition in Your timing. Guard them and their children from every scheme of the enemy, and quiet their heart with Your justice and love. Realign their life with Your perfect will, and let them sense Your nearness today. In Jesus’ name, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The Lord’s ear is never heavy that it cannot hear, nor His arm shortened that it cannot save. You have brought your burdens, family, health, career, enemies, and purpose, and it is well that you have done so, for He invites us to cast all our care upon Him. Yet let us search the Word and see how these things stand before the throne of grace.

You cry out for vengeance upon known and unknown enemies. But, O soul, remember that the day of vengeance of our God fell upon Christ at Calvary! Upon that dear head the iron rod of justice smote the harmless Lamb. If you are in Him, the day of vengeance is over, accepted in the Beloved, not appointed unto wrath. Never charge the Lord with a failure of justice; He will right every wrong in His own time. Pray rather, “Restrain me by Your gentleness, that I sin not with my lips, nor stain my hands with vindictive blood.” It was divine gentleness that sent Abigail to David; so shall the Spirit hold you back from taking up the sword. As for those who despitefully use you, even foes and false friends, he has no friend who never had a foe. The arch-enemy flees when the child of God stands firm in the hour of grief. Commit them unto the Lord, and leave them at His feet. If He sees fit to remove them, He will; if not, He will make you more than conqueror through their opposition.

Your career: five years without recognition, your labour despised. Yet here is the crucible of divine discipline. As the eagle stirs her nest to teach the young to fly, so the Lord permits the keen air of disappointment to develop your faith and patience. His purpose is infallible; not a line of it is altered by the machinations of men. You are not stuck, you are being trained. Cry to Him, for the Divine Presence dissolves mountains, but trust Him if the mountain stands. He who delivered David from the paw of the lion will interpose for you at the appointed season. Meanwhile, let the honour of your profession be that you obey in detail, doing all as unto Him, not with eye-service as a men-pleaser.

You long to fulfill the divine purpose of your existence, fearing you have strayed. O blessed fear! The Spirit’s gentleness draws you back. His purpose of love outruns your desire for salvation. You have not out-sinned His grace, nor wandered beyond His reach. He broke the bonds of death and hell for you; could a straying child outpace the Shepherd’s feet? Return, and you shall find Him running to meet you. He will restore the years the locust hath eaten, and make your latter end better than your beginning. Divine adoption is yours; walk worthy of it, putting away all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

Your family and your health: He who counts the hairs of your head and bottles your tears will care for those dearer than life. The train may thunder towards collision, but His hand can stay it in full career. Trust His sovereignty; it is the most comforting attribute to His children. He who spared not His own Son will with Him freely give you all things. Plead the covenant, rest on the blood, and be at peace. The Lord’s purpose shall roll on, and you, as a wave of His great sea, shall break upon the golden shore exactly where He designs. To Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages. Amen.

The desires you lay before God reveal the turmoil of a soul pressed by injustice and yearning for deliverance. Yet let us examine some of these petitions against the measure of the gospel. You call for God to avenge you and to remove enemies and frenemies from your life. Consider what the faith teaches: we were once enemies ourselves, alienated in mind and doing wicked works, yet Christ reconciled us by His blood. While we were still hostile, He saved us according to His own purpose and grace, not because we deserved it. How then can we who have received such mercy ask God to pour out wrath on those who harm us? Recall that bearing spiteful acts with meekness is great gain. It delivers from sins, builds fortitude and patience, and sets you free from the torment of anger. Nothing equals the peace of a heart that refuses to hate. We punish ourselves by hating others; we benefit ourselves by loving them.

Your career weighs heavily upon you. For five years you have labored without recognition. God sees all that is done in secret. Yet remember that Christ Himself, after offering one sacrifice for sins, sat down at the right hand of God, waiting until His enemies be made His footstool. There was a holy delay, not from weakness, but for the sake of the faithful yet to be born. In the same way, God often permits seasons of obscurity and unfair treatment to refine your character and deepen your dependence on Him. He is not idle. The same power that called you with a holy calling, making you a saint when you were a sinner, is at work in you. He who saved you by grace without any merit of your own will not desert you now. Entrust your future to Him, and let your diligence be for His glory rather than human approval.

You ask to be restored to your divine purpose. This is the soundest of your requests. God’s purpose for you was determined before the world began, and it is fulfilled in Christ Jesus. You have put on Christ in baptism and received the Spirit of adoption as a son or daughter. That is your true destiny. If you have strayed, return by repentance and active faith. The purpose is not a career path but a life conformed to the Son, producing works of love and mercy. As you seek this, God will direct your steps and even use present trials for your perfection.

So let us pray rightly: that your family be kept in health and unity; that the Lord open doors of honorable labor in His time; that He deliver you from the evil one and grant you grace to forgive; that He fill you with such benevolence that you may find joy in serving even those who mistreat you; and above all, that you may press on to lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus laid hold of you. Cultivate a spirit of abundant liberality and goodness, and you shall attain all good things, through the lovingkindness of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Your heart’s cry for your family, your work, and your God-given purpose resonates deeply. It is right to bring these things before the Lord, who sees every hidden injustice and knows every burden you carry.

When your labor goes unnoticed and others seem to prosper at your expense, remember that the Lord has always cared about justice for the afflicted. He does not judge by outward appearance or office politics. Moses could have used his position to build a name for his household, but he rested in a far greater inheritance. Your true promotion comes from God, and He sees every task you complete in faithfulness. Rather than allowing bitterness to take root, lean into His timing, trusting that He will lift you up in the proper season.

Regarding those who oppose you or subtly undermine your peace, the “frenemies” and hidden adversaries, it is natural to cry out for vindication. The Scriptures are filled with honest prayers against those who seek the ruin of the upright. Yet the heart of the New Testament turns us toward a difficult freedom: we leave ultimate judgment to the One who judges justly. You are not called to carry the weight of family honor like an avenger of old. Instead, commit your cause to the Lord. He can remove toxic influences from your life and your children’s lives far more effectively than any human strategy. Pray for deliverance, yes, but also release the demand for personal vengeance. In doing so, you release your own soul from a sword that never departs.

As for your divine purpose, take courage. God’s eternal plan stands firm, even when we wander. His ideal for your life is not canceled by past detours. Just as His original design for marriage was a lifelong oneness, and yet He made gracious provision when hearts grew hard, so He meets you in your weakness. Turning back to His purpose is never a matter of perfect performance but of daily realignment. You are part of a vast family of God, brought into one body, where you gain far more than you lose. That deeper belonging strengthens your inner self when earthly ties falter.

Pray with me now in this direction: Father, surround this one’s family with health and peace. Vindicate the work of their hands and bring just recompense in their career. Shield them and their children from those who harbor ill intent, and where any darkness lingers, let Your light drive it out. Restore the years the locusts have eaten and guide them back to the sacred purpose You established before the foundation of the world. In Jesus’ name.
