We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation where false accusations and workplace injustice have taken root. Father God, we know that You see all things and that Your Word declares in Proverbs 19:5, "A false witness shall not be unpunished. He who pours out lies shall not go free." We stand on this truth, believing that You will bring justice and vindication to those who are wrongfully accused.
Lord, we pray for this brother who is facing these false claims. Strengthen him in his spirit, reminding him that You are his defender. Your Word says in Psalm 37:6, "He will make your righteousness shine like the dawn, your justice like the noonday sun." We ask that You would expose the lies of this supervisor and bring the truth to light. Let every false accusation be silenced, and let integrity prevail in this workplace.
We also lift up the supervisor who is spreading these lies. Father, we ask that You would convict his heart and bring him to repentance. If he refuses to turn from his deceit, we pray that You would remove him from his position of authority, as Your Word warns in Proverbs 22:10, "Drive out the mocker, and out goes strife; quarrels and insults are ended." May this company see the truth and act with justice, protecting the innocent and disciplining the guilty.
For the representative who oversees this situation, we pray that they would be guided by wisdom and discernment. Let them not be swayed by false reports but seek the truth diligently, as Proverbs 18:17 reminds us, "The first to plead his case seems right, until another comes and questions him." We ask that You would open their eyes to the deception and grant them the courage to act justly.
Father, we rebuke the spirit of falsehood and deception that has taken hold in this workplace. We declare that no weapon formed against this brother shall prosper, as Isaiah 54:17 promises, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is from me," says the Lord.
We pray that this brother would not lose his job or face unjust discipline. Instead, we ask that You would secure his position and bless his work, as Psalm 90:17 declares, "Let the favor of the Lord our God be on us; establish the work of our hands for us—yes, establish the work of our hands." May April 2026 come with Your divine protection and provision over his career.
Lastly, we pray for this brother’s peace of mind. Let him not be consumed by fear or anxiety but trust in You, knowing that You are his refuge and strength. Remind him of Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can approach You, and no other name by which we are saved. We stand together, believing that You will move mightily in this situation and bring glory to Your name. Amen.
