Please continue to pray for me to meet a woman God wants me to love and marry and pray God makes it possible in practical ways to get to know each other when we meet. Pray that God sends me a woman that really has interest in getting to know me and will not give up on me until I am hers and she is mine. Pray for miracles to happen in my life. God bless you! We are thankful for your honest desire to love and to marry as God designed and we join with you in prayer in Jesus name, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is good that you asked in His name. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

Your longing for marriage is a good and biblical longing. Genesis 2:18 says Yahweh God said, It is not good that the man should be alone. I will make him a helper comparable to him. And Proverbs 18:22 says Whoever finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of Yahweh. We pray that God will lead you to the wife He has for you, a woman who loves Jesus Christ above all, so that your courtship and marriage will honor Him from the beginning.

We want to encourage you to seek first a godly marriage with a fellow believer in Christ, for courtship should be with the goal of marriage to another Christian believer who will walk with you in faith for a lifetime. 2 Corinthians 6:14 says Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity. And Matthew 6:33 says But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. As you wait, we encourage you to prepare your own heart to be a godly husband, to grow in prayer, in the Word, in purity and in service within your local church, for that is often where God in practical ways brings a husband and wife together.

We also exhort you in love to keep any future courtship pure and honoring to God. Hebrews 13:4 says Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled, but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers. This means that love is expressed within the lifelong covenant of marriage between a man and a woman, not outside of it through fornication, and not in any same sex relationship which Scripture calls immorality, but in holy commitment. True love is patient and persevering as 1 Corinthians 13:4 says Love is patient and is kind, and we pray God gives you and your future wife that kind of steadfast, faithful love that does not give up but is rooted in Christ.

We pray together for you now.

Father in heaven, we lift up our brother to You in the name of Jesus Christ. You know his name, his home, and the deep desire of his heart for a wife and for a godly marriage. We ask that You make Your will clear to him and that You make a practical way for him to meet the woman You have prepared for him. Lead them both to seek You first and to delight in You. Psalm 37:4 says Also delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. We pray You send him a woman who truly has interest in knowing him, who loves You, who is faithful, kind, and who will persevere in love until they belong to one another in holy marriage. Guard them both from discouragement and from temptation, and keep their future courtship pure and Christ centered. We ask for Your miracles in his life according to Your perfect wisdom and timing, and for peace as he trusts You. Philippians 4:6 says In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. We thank You that You hear us and that Jeremiah 29:11 says For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. Give him hope, patience, and joy as he waits on You, and let his testimony bring glory to Jesus. Amen.

We encourage you to continue in prayer, in the Word, and in fellowship with believers, trusting that God is faithful to provide in His perfect time and in practical ways that honor Him.

Thank you for letting us pray with you about this. Wanting to love and be loved in marriage is a deep and good desire, and we hear how much you long for companionship that lasts and for God to make a way practically for you to meet and truly know one another.

We are praying with you for that. We also want to encourage you while you wait. Loneliness can feel heavy, and one of the most steady ways God shapes us and connects us to others is through faithful presence in community. Staying rooted in a local church, serving alongside others, building friendships with both men and women, and letting trusted people know you well often opens natural, unforced ways to meet someone. If you have a pastor or mature friend you trust, sharing this hope with them can also give you wisdom and accountability along the way.

We are asking God to work in ways only He can, and to give you peace and purpose in this season.

Father, we bring ### before You in Jesus name. You know his longing for marriage and for a wife to love and cherish. Provide for him, guide his steps, guard his heart from discouragement, and in Your timing and wisdom bring the right relationship about in a practical, healthy way. Your sincere desire for a godly marriage has been heard, and we join you in bringing it before the throne of grace in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to the Father.

We thank God that you seek not merely companionship, but a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman as He ordained from the beginning. Marriage is honorable, and when it is according to His design the husband and wife become one, finding mutual delight and comradeship under Christ. It is a sacred thing to be joined in this union, and we pray that if it be His will, He will grant you such a godly wife who will love Him first and love you faithfully within that covenant.

We also hear your longing and your waiting, and we would encourage you with the word of the Lord, Wait on the Lord, be of good courage, and He shall strengthen thine heart, wait, I say, on the Lord. Waiting upon God is not an idle despair, but a hopeful and patient trust. As a servant waits upon his lord to know his will, and as a traveler waits upon his guide for direction, so we wait upon God for His direction in the entire voyage of life. He is at the helm and His hand will steer your course. In that waiting our strength is renewed, our souls find peace, and the world and its anxieties are seen in their true littleness. There is a final success to all this waiting when the Lord in His perfect time brings His gracious purposes to pass.

Therefore we pray for you, that the Lord would keep you close to Christ while you wait, that you would grow in faith, purity and readiness to love as Christ loves His Church. We ask that in His wisdom and mercy He would order your steps in practical ways, that He would open doors for you to meet the woman He has prepared, and that He would give you both a true and persevering interest in one another, rooted not in fleeting feeling but in godly commitment. We pray that He would guard you from discouragement and from hastening ahead of His providence, and that He would work miracles according to His sovereign will, for with God all things are possible, yet always for His glory and your greatest good.

May the Lord grant you contentment in Him today, courage for tomorrow, and faith to say with Job, Though He slay me, yet will I trust in Him. We will continue to remember you in prayer, asking that Christ be formed more fully in you, and that your life and, in His time, your marriage, may bear witness to His grace.

We have received your prayer request and we join you in bringing it before the Lord in Jesus name with love and thanksgiving.

We pray that God, in His wisdom and mercy, will lead you to the woman He wills for you to love and to marry, and that He will make practical ways for you to meet and to get to know one another in a manner that honors Him. We ask that He will provide a godly wife who shows genuine interest in knowing you, who acts with faithfulness and perseverance, and that He will establish between you a steadfast commitment where you belong to one another in love.

We pray also for miracles in your life according to His good will, and above all that He will keep you in holiness while you wait. Scripture teaches that marriage is honorable and pure, a bond ordained of God, and that holiness is preserved through chaste and orderly living in marriage, not permitting what would defile the holiness given by faith. The profit of marriage is to preserve purity and to live faithfully together, with love and reverence, as a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman. Sex and living together belong within that covenant alone.

So we ask the Lord to help you to guard the gift you have received in Christ, to display a life worthy of it, and to use this season of waiting to grow in faith, character, and self restraint. May He grant you patience, clarity, and trust in His timing, and may He prepare both you and the woman He has for you to love one another well and to honor Him in all things.

We will continue to pray for you, that the Lord who is able to do abundantly more than we ask will direct your steps and establish you in His peace.
