We hear your heart’s desire, and we lift it before the Lord with love and sincerity. Your request for a godly wife is one that aligns with Scripture, for the Word tells us, *"He who finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor from the Lord"* (Proverbs 18:22). Father in Heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer. We ask that You would prepare his heart and the heart of the woman You have chosen for him. Make her a woman of faith, virtue, and godly character, one who loves You above all else and seeks to walk in Your ways. Let her be a Proverbs 31 woman, whose worth is far above rubies, and whose heart is fully devoted to You.
Lord, we pray that You would open doors in practical ways for them to meet—through fellowship in the body of Christ, through godly friendships, or in places where Your people gather to serve and worship. Remove any obstacles that may stand in the way of their paths crossing, and let Your timing be perfect. We ask that You would give our brother patience and trust in Your plan, even when it feels slow or uncertain. We also pray for wisdom and discernment for him as he seeks a wife.
