We hear your heart’s longing and lift it before the Lord with joy, knowing that He delights in giving good gifts to His children. Your desire for a godly marriage is beautiful, and we stand with you in faith, believing that God has already prepared the woman He has for you. The Scriptures remind us, *"Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart"* (Psalm 37:4 WEB). This promise is not about selfish ambition but about aligning our hearts with His will, trusting that He knows the perfect timing and the perfect helpmate for you.
We pray that the Lord would indeed send you a woman of faith, one who loves Him above all else and whose heart is tender toward you. May she be a woman of virtue, as described in Proverbs 31:10-12: *"Who can find a worthy woman? For her price is far above rubies. The heart of her husband trusts in her. He shall have no lack of gain. She does him good, and not harm, all the days of her life."* May God prepare her heart to recognize you as the man He has called to walk beside her, and may He knit your spirits together in a bond that honors Him.
We also pray for practical opportunities for you to meet and grow in relationship with this woman. May the Lord open doors in your daily life—through your church, your community, or even unexpected encounters—that lead you to one another. May He remove any fear or hesitation, replacing it with confidence and clarity as you seek His will together. *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight"* (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).
We rebuke any spirit of loneliness or discouragement that may try to whisper lies about your future. The enemy would love to keep you focused on what you do not yet have, but God’s Word declares, *"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,” says the Lord, “thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future"* (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB). Stand firm in this truth, knowing that your heavenly Father is working even now to bring about His perfect plan for you.
We also encourage you to prepare your own heart for marriage. Seek the Lord diligently in prayer and in His Word, allowing Him to shape you into the husband He has called you to be. Cultivate godly character, patience, and a spirit of servanthood, as Christ modeled for us. *"Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave Himself up for it"* (Ephesians 5:25 WEB). As you grow in your relationship with the Lord, you will be better equipped to love and lead your future wife in a way that reflects Christ’s love for the church.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with grateful hearts, lifting up our brother in Christ who seeks a godly wife. Lord, You know the desires of his heart, and we trust that You will fulfill them according to Your perfect will. We ask that You would prepare the heart of the woman You have for him, drawing her closer to You and aligning her steps with his. Remove any obstacles or delays, and open doors for them to meet in Your perfect timing.
Father, we pray that You would guard his heart from discouragement and fill him with Your peace as he waits on You. Strengthen his faith, Lord, and help him to trust in Your goodness and Your plans for his life. May he continue to seek You above all else, growing in wisdom, love, and godly character.
We ask that You would bless their future union, should it be Your will, with a marriage that honors You in every way. May their love for one another reflect the love Christ has for the church, and may their home be a place of joy, peace, and righteousness. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, knowing that nothing is impossible for You. Amen.
