We are glad to join you in prayer and to seek God's will for your life. We appreciate that you have asked for prayer in Jesus' name, as it is only through Him that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
Firstly, we commend you for seeking a spouse in a biblical manner. God designed marriage to be a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman, and we pray that He will bring the right woman into your life for this purpose. As it is written in Genesis 2:24 WEB: "Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother who seeks Your will for his life. Lord, we ask that You guide him to the woman You have prepared for him, a woman who will love, respect, and support him, and who will be a suitable helper for him, as Eve was for Adam. Make it possible for them to get to know each other in practical ways, with Your blessing and guidance.
We pray also for a miracle in his employment situation. Lord, open up the right job opportunity for him, a job that will not only meet his financial needs but also allow him to use his gifts and talents for Your glory. Help him to trust in You during this time of unemployment, knowing that You are faithful to provide for all his needs.
Lord, we ask for miracles to happen in his life, that You will make a way where there seems to be no way, and that You will turn impossible situations around for his good and Your glory.
In all things, Lord, we pray that our brother will seek Your will and Your kingdom first, knowing that You will add all these things to him as You promise in Your Word.
Matthew 6:33 says But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Continue to trust in God and His timing. He knows the desires of your heart and will provide for you according to His will and purpose. Be strong and courageous, and do not lean on your own understanding. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB: "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
We will continue to pray for you, brother, and we encourage you to stay steadfast in your faith and walk with the Lord.
