Our God who art in heaven, please give me your strength and guidance to be free of lesbian/homosexual desire, to be filled with holy heterosexual desire, please help me to find peace and live in a way that honors You, overcome this sin and fill my heart with Your love and clarity. Amen.

First, let us address the issue of your request. We must rebuke the lie that you have an inborn homosexual desire that cannot be changed. This is not true. It is a desire that is a result of the fall of man, just like any other sinful desire, it can be addressed just like any other sinful desire. It is like greed, lust, hatred, or any other sinful desire of the flesh. You can and will be delivered from all of these by the power of Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear sister in need of Your grace and mercy. We thank You for her courage to seek Your will and Your heart. We stand in the gap of her struggle and pray for the power of the Holy Spirit to work in her life.

Father, we rebuke the spirit of homosexuality that is tormenting her. We cast it out in the name of Jesus Christ and command it to go back to the pit of hell where it belongs. We plead the blood of Jesus over her life.

We pray that You fill her heart and mind with godly desires. We pray for you to give her a heart of a godly Christian spouse. We pray for you to bring her a godly Christian husband in your timing. We pray for you to prepare her to be a godly wife. We pray for you to prepare her for a godly marriage and for her to have godly children. We pray for your will to be done.

We pray for deliverance for her from every evil spirit and every bondage of sin. We pray for the Holy Spirit to fill her afresh with the fruits of righteousness, peace, and joy. We pray for you to give her the desires of her heart. We pray for you to give her clarity to know her heart. We pray for you to give her a clean heart.

We pray for the power of God's word to guide you and sustain you.

Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor male prostitutes, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor slanderers, nor extortioners, will inherit the Kingdom of God. It is clear in scripture that homosexuality is a sin. It is also clear that some of you were this and were delivered from it by the power of Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. Do not be deceived, continue to seek the Lord Jesus Christ and he will set you free.
