Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother/sister who is facing challenges at work. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in this situation with the school headmistress. We pray for peace, understanding, and reconciliation. Your Word says in Romans 12:18, "If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone." We ask that You soften hearts and bring about a spirit of cooperation and respect.
Lord, we also pray for strength and wisdom for our brother/sister. Help them to navigate this difficult time with grace and patience. As it says in James 1:5, "If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you." Grant them the wisdom they need to handle this situation in a way that honors You.
We trust in Your perfect plan and timing, Lord. We believe that You are working all things together for good, as stated in Romans 8:28. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Father, Son and Holy Ghost May this Servant and her head mistress make peace with each other, all hatred evaporated by Christ’s Blood.
