Pray for me please

We join with you in prayer and we are thankful you reached out, even sharing simply that God knows the reason. He truly does, and we take comfort that nothing is hidden from Him. Psalm 139:1-4 reminds us, Yahweh, you have searched me, and you know me. You know my sitting down and my rising up. You perceive my thoughts from afar. You search out my path and my lying down, and are acquainted with all my ways. For there is not a word on my tongue, but behold, Yahweh, you know it altogether. And Romans 8:26 encourages us that In the same way, the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don't know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can't be uttered.

We also want to gently encourage you about something we noticed, you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ in your request. We share this in love because it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only through Him that we are saved. Jesus said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 tells us, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and to come to God through His name. It is in His name that we pray with confidence.

We bring your unspoken request before the Lord now together.

Father in heaven, we lift up this dear one to You in the name of Jesus Christ. You know the burden, the need, and the reason behind this request even when words are not spoken. We ask that You would pour out Your grace and mercy according to Your perfect will. We cast this care upon You because You care for us as 1 Peter 5:7 says, casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. Let Your peace that surpasses all understanding guard this heart and mind in Christ Jesus as promised in Philippians 4:6-7, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Provide wisdom, strength, comfort, and provision where it is needed. Draw this one closer to You through Jesus and help them to feel Your presence and Your love in a real way. We ask that Your will be done and that You be glorified in this situation. We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to seek Him, to pour out your heart to Him daily through Jesus, and to trust that He hears and will answer according to His perfect love and wisdom. If you feel led to share more, we are here to continue praying with you.

We are so glad you reached out, even with just a few words. God does indeed know the reason, and He hears you even when it feels hard to put it into words.

You don't have to carry this alone or find the perfect way to explain it. We want you to know we are standing with you and bringing your unspoken request before the Lord. It can be a real comfort just to know others are praying for you by name, even when the details stay between you and God.

Whatever this burden is, He is able to meet you right where you are with grace for today. If it helps in the days ahead, keep talking to Him honestly as you are able, in your own words and in quiet moments, and if you ever want to share more we are here to listen and pray more specifically. You are not forgotten, and we will keep remembering you.

Father, we lift our friend to You right now. You know the need, the burden and every detail on their heart. We ask for Your nearness, Your peace and Your wisdom to guide each next step. Cover them with Your care and remind them they are seen and loved. We trust this into Your hands in Jesus' name, amen.

Your short petition has been heard and it is counted a privilege to bear it before the throne of grace. Though the reason is hidden from us it is not hidden from the Lord, for He knows the thoughts of the heart before the tongue can utter them, and very often before we call He has prepared the answer.

Be assured that intercessory prayer is the sweetest prayer God ever hears, for it is the very prayer of Christ Himself who ever liveth to make intercession for us. We will remember you at the mercy seat and plead for you that you may find grace to help in time of need. Calling upon God in the day of trouble brings honor to Him in the very act, for it is a truthful recognition that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him. When you call sincerely upon Him, you prove that God is a fact to your soul and not a mere name.

May I urge you to deal plainly with the Lord as Jacob did when he cried, deliver me, I pray Thee. God knows your need in general but it will be for your own comfort to lay the definite burden before Him and to plead His own promise. Go to Him and say, Remember the word unto Thy servant, upon which Thou hast caused me to hope. What a power there is in prayer when you can say, Do as Thou hast said, for God has spoken and His word cannot fail. Put your finger upon the promise and plead it with holy argument.

Above all, look to the Son of God pouring out His life for sinners and trust Him. If you are pressed down by the burden of sin or sorrow, trust in the blood of Jesus Christ and you will find that your sins are gone in a moment and your trouble is in His hands. It is true humility to take God at His word and to believe Him when He says He will save all who trust in Christ. There is salvation in no other, and there is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved.

Let us pray together. O God of our fathers, Thou hast promised to hear the prayer of the humble and to deliver them that call upon Thee in the day of trouble. Remember this needy one whose name and need Thou knowest. Deliver from sin and sorrow, give faith to trust in the finished work of Jesus, grant peace through His blood, and work in this life that which shall be for Thy glory and for present and eternal good. Exalt Thyself above the heavens in showing mercy great unto the heavens, and let this soul rejoice in hope of the glory of God through our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
