We lift you and your family before the throne of grace, dear brother or sister in Christ, knowing that our Heavenly Father hears the cries of His children. Your sickness weighs heavily on our hearts, and we stand with you in faith, believing in the healing power of Jesus Christ. The Word declares, "Is anyone among you suffering? Let him pray. Is anyone cheerful? Let him sing praises. Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven" (James 5:13-15). We pray that the Lord touches your body with His healing hand, restoring you to full health and strength. May His peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
We also bring your mother and your entire family before the Lord, asking Him to pour out His mercy and grace upon each of you. Financial struggles can bring great anxiety, but we are reminded that our God owns the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10) and is more than able to provide for every need according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). We pray that He opens doors of provision, wisdom, and opportunity for you, releasing financial breakthrough in ways that only He can orchestrate. May He give you the faith to trust in Him even when circumstances seem impossible.
For your two daughters, we pray fervently that the Lord would prepare godly, Christian husbands for them, men who fear the Lord, walk in integrity, and are committed to leading their families in the ways of God. We rebuke the spirit of delay and frustration in this area, declaring that the Lord is raising up men who will cherish, protect, and provide for your daughters as Christ loves the Church (Ephesians 5:25). While we understand your desire for financial stability for them, we must gently remind you that true riches are found in a relationship with Jesus Christ and a marriage built on godly principles. The Lord may choose men of humble means, but if they are rich in faith and love for God, they will be a blessing beyond measure. We pray that your daughters seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, trusting that all these things will be added unto them (Matthew 6:33). We also rebuke any spirit of greed or worldly ambition that may be influencing this request, for the Word warns us, "For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Your request has been heard and we bring it before the Lord with a tender concern for you, for your mother and for your whole household in this season of sickness and financial trial.
We very speedily care for bodily diseases for they are too painful to let us slumber in silence, and they soon urge us to seek a Physician. That Physician is our Lord Jesus Christ. Scripture tells us the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. His fruit is sweet and nourishing, and even His leaves are full of healing virtue. When the Sun of Righteousness rises upon His people there is healing in His wings, and pardon and healing are placed in happy conjunction. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you. So we pray first that you and your house may know forgiveness through faith in Him alone, for salvation is through Jesus Christ alone, and that from pardoning grace healing may flow to body and soul according to His wise and loving will. May He who took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses lay His hand upon you and your mother and make His power known in your family.
We also bring your financial burden to Him who knows your need. Our times of despondency should become incentives to prayer, and every care should ring us to our knees. The Lord is able to provide for His people, and we ask Him to supply what is needful for you day by day, to give you contentment and trust as you look to Him, and to open doors for honest provision.
Concerning your two daughters, we join you in praying that they may know the Lord and walk in His ways and stay in the house of the Lord forever, which is a good and holy desire. One of the most intense desires of every godly parent is that there may be a succession of godly children, that the generation following may be as good as their fathers and better still by the grace of God. We pray that if it be the Lord's will for them to marry, He would lead them to godly Christian men and that each marriage would be entered into as Scripture teaches, a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, with purity kept within that covenant, and with Christ as the Head of the home. We would gently encourage you and your daughters to seek first a man after God's own heart, a man of faith, character and kindness, rather than to set riches as the measure. Wealth without godliness is a poor portion, while godliness with contentment is great gain. Pray rather for husbands who love the Lord, who will lead their homes in prayer and in the Word, and trust the Lord to provide for their households as He sees fit.

I pray for your healing and for your mother and your whole family, that God in His mercy would restore health and strengthen you all. Scripture teaches us to make provision for the flesh for health, not for wantonness, and to ask God for what is needful. So I ask Him to give you what you need for health and daily life, to grant wisdom and provision in your financial struggles, and to help you to be good stewards of what He provides, trusting Him rather than being weighed down by anxiety. May He keep you all in peace and holiness, living in faith and in love for Him.
For your two daughters, your desire that they marry men who are Christians and that they remain in the house of the Lord forever is good and right, and I pray with you for this. Marriage is honorable and pure, ordained by God as a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and it preserves holiness when it is lived in faithfulness and chastity. I encourage you not to make riches the measure for a husband. Scripture shows us that virtue can shine both in poverty and in riches, as with Elijah in poverty and Abraham in wealth, and both lead to heaven when the heart belongs to God. What matters most is not wealth but piety, modesty, and love for Christ. Mothers are called to form their daughters to be pious, modest, keepers at home, despisers of wealth and indifferent to outward ornament, so that they may be prepared for marriage as those who can be a blessing to a household and to generations to come. So I pray not that God would give them rich men, but that He would give them faithful men who love the Lord Jesus, who will love them as Christ loves the Church, and who will walk with them in purity and steadfastness all their days.
