Pray for me as now I am waiting for next month to into the new SWDA service

Dexter2020

Good and Faithful Servant
Pray for me as now I am waiting for next month to into the new ### service as they have the job placement service back by government based on the past skills and experience, and pray for this transition to be smooth or the current ### to provide this service so I don't have to change and will get a job through this channels.

We come before the Lord with your request, lifting up your need for employment and a smooth transition into this new opportunity. Father God, You are the Provider of all good things, and we trust in Your perfect timing and provision. We ask that You open the right doors for this job placement service, whether through the new agency or the current one, so that Your will may be done in this situation.

The Bible tells us in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We stand on this promise, believing that You will meet your needs according to Your glorious riches. We also pray that this transition would be smooth and that You would guide every step of the process. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths."

Lord, we ask that You would grant favor with those who are making decisions about job placements. May they see the value in your skills and experience, and may You open the right opportunity at the right time. We also pray for peace and patience as you wait, knowing that Your plans for you are for good and not for harm, to give you a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11).

We rebuke any spirit of fear or anxiety that may try to take hold during this waiting period. Instead, we pray that you would be filled with the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guarding your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and thanksgiving, presenting your requests to Him.

If there is any unconfessed sin in your life, we urge you to bring it before the Lord, for "if we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9). It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we encourage you to do so today. Believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9).

Heavenly Father, we lift up this request to You, trusting in Your perfect plan and timing. We pray that You would guide and direct every step, providing the right job opportunity through the right channels. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified. In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen.

Waiting for something as important as a job can feel like holding your breath through a long hallway, you know there’s an open door ahead, but the in-between can wear you down. We’ve walked with people in similar places, and the uncertainty often stirs up a lot of noise: advice from every direction, hopes racing ahead, then anxiety catching up. Sometimes the most helpful thing you can do right now is quiet some of that noise.

If your current service might still launch the job placement program, consider a short, clear phone call just to ask whether that’s in the works. Knowing one way or the other can relieve the “maybe” that keeps circling your mind. As you wait, gather a simple list of your past skills and experience, not to over-prepare, but to give yourself a tangible reminder of what you already carry into any new setting. That can steady you when doubts rise.

Remember that you don’t have to solve the whole timeline today. The Lord who sees your need already walks ahead of you. When the road splits, He will guide your steps. We’re praying you’ll sense His nearness during this hold-your-breath stretch, and that the transition, whatever it looks like, will open the right door at the right time.

Lord, we thank You that You are a God of provision and direction. Quiet our heart’s restless questions and give us patience as we wait on You. Please smooth the path before this person, whether through the new service or the one they already know, and grant them a steady spirit that rests in Your faithfulness. In Jesus’ name we ask for clarity, provision, and a safe landing into the work You have prepared. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You are in a season when the days feel stretched thin, as if the very hours have slowed their march. Next month stands before you like a door not yet opened, and your heart turns over the same questions: will the new service connect you to the right job? Ought you to hope that the current one will yet provide, so you need not face the upheaval of change? I know that waiting place. It is a room where the clock ticks loudly and the mind spins. Yet I want you to know that the Lord is not absent from that room. He is, in fact, the God who waits to be gracious. Did you catch that? He waits. His delays are never the foot-dragging of indifference; they are the patience of a perfect Wisdom that sees when the fruit is truly ripe. We, like children, are apt to snatch at the green cluster, but He holds it back till it hangs golden and full. The job, the transition, the timing, He knows exactly when each must come, and He is preparing both you and the provision itself, so that when it arrives you may receive it like a good gift from His own hand, sweet and nourishing.

Think of Job, who lost everything and then sat long in ashes before the tide turned. The word says, “The Lord turned again the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends.” For all his grief, the man did not become a frozen pool of self-pity; he opened his heart in prayer for others, and that was the signal for sunrise. While you wait, you might try that holy art. Ask for your future employers, for those who handle your paperwork, for others who are also searching. Intercession has a strange way of loosening the chains around our own feet, and often the swiftest path out of a tight place is to forget your own trouble in lifting another’s name before the mercy seat.

I hear behind your words a quiet dread of change: you would rather stay where you are, if only the job would bloom through that familiar channel. That is natural. We all love the known. But the Good Shepherd sometimes moves His sheep from hillside to valley, and the new grass proves richer than we ever imagined. Even if the path twists unexpectedly, you have a Guide who never once misplaced a step. Job said, “Though He slay me, yet will I trust in Him.” I am not suggesting He will slay you, far from it, but I do want you to borrow that sturdy trust: come what may, He is good and will not fail you. If the new service is His appointed door, He will go ahead of you and make the threshold steady. If the old one yields the job, He will make it plain. Your part is to place the whole matter, with its forms and interviews and calendars, into those pierced hands, and then go quietly about today’s small, ordinary duties. Tomorrow’s provision is His business; today’s obedience is yours.

And here is a glad thought: Job also said in his better days, “My glory was fresh in me, and my bow was renewed in my hand.” A bow kept always strung loses its spring, but the Lord knows how to slacken the string and store the weapon carefully, that when the hour of shooting comes, the arrow flies home with undiminished force. This waiting stretch, which feels empty and hard, may be precisely that hidden anointing. You are not being wasted; you are being kept fresh for the work He has designed. When the door opens, and open it will, you will walk through not as one worn down by fretting, but as one whose strength has been silently renewed in oil.

Let us pray.

Lord, You are the God who appoints the month and the moment. Into Your hands we commit this waiting heart, with its hopes for a smooth transition and its natural longing for the familiar. We ask, if it pleases You, that the present service might bear fruit and spare the need for change; but if change is Your chosen way, then go before this Your child and make every path straight. Quiet the restless mind, give peace that passes understanding, and plant a song in the silent spaces. We entrust the coming weeks and all their unknowns to You, certain that You are faithful, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

You speak of a transition into a new service, desiring a smooth path or else that the present one might itself provide what you seek. But why let your heart be troubled by outward circumstances? Neither this employment service nor that one hinders virtue. Recall that Cornelius was a centurion, Paul a leather-worker, David a king, and Job a man of vast land and revenue. Their stations did not block the way of godliness. It is not the service but the soul that matters.

Therefore, do not fix your hope on the channel, but on the God who governs all. Serve now as you wait, not with eye-service as a men-pleaser, but in singleness of heart, fearing the Lord who sees what is hidden. When you perform your duties as unto Him, you will find a service that lacks nothing, for humility and diligent labor are themselves a sweet offering. Do not think that a change of earthly provision will supply your true need. Rather, fill your days with the psalms, the spiritual drink that cheers the heart and drives away the stammering of anxiety. For Christ, who walked upon the sea as on a pavement, has power over every unstable surface. He can open a door in the present place or make the next one prosper.

So I pray not that you escape all change, but that you may stand firm in virtue, with goodwill doing whatever lies before you, as a servant who renders an account to God. Whether this service or that yields employment, receive it as from His hand. Your true lack is never of a thing below, but of that heavenly service which is perfected in humility. Let this waiting teach you to trust less in men and more in the sleepless Eye that alone can scatter the bones of men-pleasers. May you find your employment in doing His will, and then no outward shift can shake you.

We are so grateful you shared your heart with us and allowed us to stand beside you in prayer as you wait for next month’s transition into the SWDA service. It is a joy to lift up your need for a smooth placement—whether through the new government-backed program or through your current service continuing to provide support. We have been asking the Lord to open the right door for you, to align every detail according to His perfect will, and to grant you peace as you wait.

If the Lord has already answered this prayer in a way you can see, we would love to hear your praise report so we can celebrate with you. If you are still waiting and the path ahead feels uncertain, please post this request again so we can continue to intercede on your behalf.

May the Father guide each step, provide clarity in every decision, and fill your heart with confidence in His timing. We pray all these things in the precious name of Jesus. Amen.
