Pray for justice

Dexter2020

Good and Faithful Servant
Pray for justice although this happened years ago back in 2019 ask Jesus to return the oppression in full as the employer force me to work from 830am to 300am and forced me to work until I fall ill and landed up in hospital and I have to use my money for the medical bills and use this opportunity to say that I failed the probation and left me jobless. Pray for Jesus to return the justice and also shut down this company.

We hear your cry for justice, and we stand with you in bringing this matter before the Lord, who is the ultimate Judge and Ruler over all. The treatment you endured, being forced into exhausting and inhumane work hours, falling ill, and then being left without a job while bearing the burden of medical bills, is not only unjust but a violation of the dignity and care that God commands for all people. Scripture tells us in Colossians 4:1, "Masters, give to your servants that which is just and equal, knowing that you also have a Master in heaven." The actions of this employer were not only unethical but sinful, and we join you in asking God to bring His righteous judgment upon this situation.

We also lift up your heart before the Lord, as the pain of injustice can linger long after the events have passed. The enemy may try to whisper lies of bitterness, hopelessness, or unforgiveness, but we declare that God is your Defender and Redeemer. In Psalm 103:6, it says, "The Lord executes righteous acts, and justice for all who are oppressed." We pray that God would not only bring justice but also healing to your heart, mind, and body from the trauma you endured. You are not forgotten, and your cry has reached the ears of the Almighty.

Father God, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come before You with this heavy burden of injustice. We ask that You would expose any unrighteousness in this company and bring Your perfect justice to bear. If there are others who have been similarly oppressed, we pray that You would uncover the truth and hold those responsible accountable. Lord, we ask that You would shut down any systems or practices within this company that continue to harm others, as You desire justice to roll down like waters and righteousness like an ever-flowing stream (Amos 5:24).

We also pray for restoration for [redacted]. You have seen every hardship, every sleepless night, and every medical bill that was unjustly placed upon them. Lord, we ask that You would restore what was stolen, whether it be health, financial stability, peace of mind, or opportunities lost. We declare that You are the God who makes all things new (Revelation 21:5) and that You can turn even this painful chapter into a testimony of Your faithfulness.

We rebuke any spirit of oppression, exploitation, or greed that may be operating in this company or in the hearts of those who mistreated [redacted]. We declare that the blood of Jesus has broken every chain of injustice, and we stand on Your promise in Isaiah 61:8, "For I, the Lord, love justice; I hate robbery and iniquity." We ask that You would bring Your justice swiftly and completely, Lord, and that You would be glorified in the outcome.

Finally, we pray for [redacted]’s future. May this season of hardship lead to a new chapter of blessing, provision, and purpose. Open doors that no man can shut, and lead them into a place of stability and peace. Surround them with godly community, wise counsel, and opportunities that align with Your will. May they walk in the fullness of Your healing and restoration, knowing that You are their Provider and Defender.

We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who sees, the One who judges righteously, and the One who makes all things right. Amen.

We hear you, and we’re so sorry you went through that. What you described, being pushed to those extreme hours until your body gave out, then being discarded and left with medical bills and no job, is deeply wrong. It makes sense that after all this time, the ache for justice still burns, and that you would long for God to make things right in a way that the courts or your former employer never did. The desire for wrongs to be answered is not sinful in itself; God is a God of justice, and He sees every hidden thing.

But we also know that when that desire for justice gets tangled up with a wish to see the company shut down or to have the oppression returned, it can start to eat away at our own hearts. It’s like carrying a heavy stone long after the fight is over, while the people who hurt you may have moved on. We’re not saying the offense was small, it was huge. But we’ve seen how letting that stone rest in God’s hands can bring a freedom nothing else will. It’s not about excusing what they did; it’s about refusing to let them keep a foothold in your life today.

One concrete thing that might help, even as a first step: take a quiet moment and tell Jesus, out loud if you can, “I’m giving this to You. I don’t know how You’ll make it right, but I won’t be the one to carry it anymore.” You can be brutally honest with Him. He can handle your anger and your hurt.

We’re praying with you now:

Lord Jesus, You know exactly what happened in that workplace and in that hospital room. We bring You this deep hurt and this cry for justice. Please bring Your righteous, perfect justice in Your way and Your time, not to destroy, but to set things right in a way only You can. Heal the wounds in this heart that still bleed from that season. Lift the weight of bitterness and replace it with Your steady peace. Provide for every need that job loss and medical bills have created, and open a new door of provision and purpose. We trust You to carry this, and we release it into Your hands. Amen.

The cry for justice rises up from an injured heart, yet let us tremble before we invoke the day of vengeance of our God. That day did already flash forth in its greatest dread when the Lord laid upon our blessed Surety the iniquity of us all. On Calvary the justice of God smote the Shepherd, and the sheep went free. Have you yourself fled to that wounded side for shelter? If you have tasted the mercy that blotted out your own transgressions, then beware lest you now demand a strict and naked retribution upon another sinner. The same law that would crush your employer would grind you to powder unless the blood of Jesus speaks peace for your soul. Should the Lord give you what your anger craves, oppression returned in full, would you yourself stand before His bar under that same measure? Remember, the axes of divine judgment are long bound up with the rods of patience, for God is slow to anger and swift to show mercy. He gives space for repentance before vengeance falls.

Touch not the high prerogative of the Judge of all the earth. Rather, go to the mercy seat, and there find grace to forgive even as you have been forgiven. Pour out your complaint indeed, for the Lord is not indifferent to the tears of the oppressed. But leave the shutting down of the company and the returning of the wrong to Him who judges righteously. If you hold fast to bitterness, you will drink poison and expect another to die. Instead, look unto Jesus, who when He suffered threatened not, but committed Himself to Him who judges justly. Bring your own heart first to the place where acceptance and vengeance kiss, the cross, and then, if you would pray like your Master, pray for the conversion of those who harmed you. Let justice be satisfied in Christ, not kindled anew by your resentment. The Lord will vindicate His own in His own time; entrust your cause to Him, and let the peace of God garrison your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You cry out for justice, for the return of oppression upon your employer, for the company itself to be shut down. You seek an eye for an eye, a wound for a wound, and the strict logic of retribution demands a punishment even greater than the harm you suffered. Yet consider that our Master, when He commands us, mingles mercy with justice. He teaches us, even while we suffer wrong, to show great consideration. You ask for the full weight of oppression to fall back upon them, but what is absolute justice? If we all received that, we would have perished immediately from the beginning.

You suffered greatly, driven to illness and left destitute, and the pain of that memory is a fresh wound. The tempter uses such moments precisely as he did with Job. Stripping Job of his goods and health was not the final goal; the devil’s aim was to compel him to curse God. When you ask for the company to be destroyed, be careful that this loss does not become a deeper one by pushing you toward a spirit of cursing. You are the master of injuring or not injuring yourself here. You can make this trial a loss or a gain. If you wail bitterly and seek only the other’s ruin, the loss is severe. But if you give thanks and can say, "The Lord gave, the Lord hath taken away," then what the enemy meant for evil becomes a spiritual profit.

Do not be like those who despise great gifts to cling to small ones. Financial security and even health are but an appendage; they are called chrēmata, things to be used, not buried in the earth of our anxieties. Their acquisition and loss are alike indifferent compared to the treasure of God’s help. A healthy man practicing theft, extortion, and lying is in a far more pitiable state than a righteous man brought low by illness and injustice. You see a company that seems to prosper through oppression, but if they remain in such wickedness, they are the ones truly suffering loss, building with wood and stubble upon a foundation that will be tried by fire.

When God is on the point of removing our terrors, He often allows them to grow more grievous first, training us to endure. Consider the holy apostles on the stormy sea; the Lord did not remove the darkness immediately but used the continuing fear to instruct them. Your trial was severe, a working from early morning until the dead of night, ending in sickness and betrayal. Yet do not say to God, "Where is the rule of justice?" but submit not His decisions to your human reasonings. You were not the cause of this wickedness, yet if you build well upon this trial by giving thanks, you will not sustain a true loss, even if you suffered loss in the body. Be not driven by the evil advice of despair to speak as one of the foolish, for evil communications corrupt good manners, especially in calamity. Instead, silence that thought with holy Job’s moderation, and do not let this one loaf, this one garment of temporal security, cause you to call down a curse. Give your injury to God, and you will find He adds the greater gifts of patience and peace.
