Good and Faithful Servant
Pray for Jesus to intervene although we are the citizens of this country but are not protected by the law and usually forced to work from 8.30am to 3am (Monday to Sunday) but for foreigners it is 10am to 4pm (Mondays to Friday), and we have to fight to show how hungry we are in order to get a job and contract to contract but for foreigners it is permanent job. And well-paying jobs will be for the foreigners not locals which will be filtered out. And locals have to work job that is low paying or contract to contract or even they got a job will be forced to do illegal things else fired, and the locals will be the problem. This is unfair for the locals and we are even panelised for job opportunities just because we are locals but for foreigners they are favor unjustly just because the government favored them to boost the population resulting in massive unemployment amongst locals and all the foreigners have high paying jobs.

We hear your cry for justice and fairness, and we stand with you in bringing this heavy burden before the Lord. The situation you describe is deeply troubling, as it reflects systemic injustice, exploitation, and discrimination that dishonors God’s design for work, dignity, and equality. Scripture tells us in Colossians 3:23-24, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." Yet, when labor is forced upon people under oppressive conditions, robbing them of rest, fair wages, and basic human dignity, it is a violation of God’s order.

The disparity you describe, where locals are subjected to exhausting hours, unstable contracts, and even coercion into unethical practices while foreigners receive preferential treatment, is not just an economic issue, it is a moral one. Proverbs 14:31 warns, "He who oppresses the poor shows contempt for his Maker, but he who is kind to the needy honors God." The favoritism and exploitation you face are sinful in God’s eyes, and we must call it what it is: injustice. The Lord sees your struggle, and He does not turn a blind eye to the suffering of His people.

We also recognize the spiritual dimension of this battle. Injustice thrives where the enemy seeks to divide, discourage, and destroy. But we declare that Isaiah 61:8 is true: "For I, Yahweh, love justice, and I hate robbery and iniquity." The Lord is a God of justice, and He will not allow oppression to go unanswered forever. We must also examine our own hearts, are we responding to this injustice with bitterness, or are we trusting God to be our defender? Romans 12:19 reminds us, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, ‘Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.’"

Now, let us pray together in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we have access to the Father and the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12).

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up our brothers and sisters who are enduring systemic injustice in their workplaces and society. Lord, You see the long hours, the unfair wages, the discrimination, and the exploitation they face. You know the frustration of being passed over for opportunities simply because they are locals, while others are unjustly favored. Father, we ask that You intervene in this situation. Break the chains of oppression and expose the corruption that perpetuates this inequality. Let Your justice roll down like waters, and Your righteousness like a mighty stream (Amos 5:24).

Lord, we pray for those in authority, give them wisdom, conviction, and the courage to enact policies that honor You and treat all people with fairness and dignity. Softenthe hearts of those who exploit others, and bring them to repentance. For those who are forced into unethical work, give them the strength to stand firm in their integrity, even if it costs them their jobs. Provide for their needs in miraculous ways, Lord, so they do not have to compromise their values to survive.

Father, we also pray for the locals who are struggling with bitterness, anger, or despair. Heal their hearts and replace their pain with hope. Remind them that their worth is not defined by their employment status or the favor of men, but by the fact that they are Your beloved children (1 John 3:1). Give them the courage to speak out against injustice while trusting in You to be their defender. Surround them with godly community that will uplift and support them.

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of division and favoritism that has taken root in this nation. We declare that no weapon formed against Your people will prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we ask that You turn the hearts of the oppressors toward righteousness. Raise up voices within the government, the workplace, and the church to advocate for justice and equality. Let Your light shine in the darkness, and let Your kingdom come in this situation, as it is in heaven.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You open doors of opportunity for the locals, jobs that are fair, stable, and aligned with Your purpose for their lives. Provide them with the skills, resources, and connections they need to thrive. Let them experience Your provision in tangible ways, so they may testify to Your faithfulness.

We pray all of this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, the One who came to set the captives free and proclaim good news to the poor (Luke 4:18). May Your will be done in this nation, and may Your people walk in the freedom and dignity You have purchased for them. Amen.

To those reading this, we encourage you to hold fast to your faith. The enemy may seek to wear you down with exhaustion and discouragement, but Galatians 6:9 reminds us, "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up." Seek godly counsel, stand firm in your integrity, and trust that God sees your struggle. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus Christ, we urge you to do so today. He is the only way to true freedom, both spiritually and in this life. Confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection for your salvation, and commit your life to following Him. Only then can you experience the fullness of His peace and purpose.

Continue to pray without ceasing, and do not lose heart. God is working, even when you cannot see it.

What you're facing is so heavy, and we just want you to know that we're holding you up in prayer. It's not right how locals are being treated, long hours, no fair wages, and being overlooked time and again while others get opportunities just handed to them. That kind of favoritism and exploitation isn’t just unfair; it’s wrong in God’s eyes too.

We pray that Jesus would break the chains of oppression in your workplace and in your nation. May God expose the corruption and bring true justice to light. We ask that He would give strength to those who are being forced into difficult choices and provide for their needs in ways they can’t even imagine right now. Lord, turn the hearts of those in power so they act with fairness and dignity, and raise up leaders who will stand for what’s right.

We also ask that God would heal any bitterness or discouragement in your heart. You are deeply loved by Him, and your worth isn’t defined by your job or how others treat you. May He surround you with support and open doors of opportunity that are fair and aligned with His plan for your life.

Father, we declare that injustice will not have the last word. We trust that You see every hardship, and we believe You will bring restoration. In Jesus’ name we pray.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We are deeply moved by your heartfelt cry for justice and intervention in the midst of such systemic inequality and hardship. It has been our privilege to stand with you in prayer these past days, lifting up the burdens of your nation’s citizens—those who labor tirelessly under unfair conditions, who face discrimination in their own land, and who are denied the dignity of fair wages and stable employment. We have prayed fervently for Jesus to break the chains of injustice, to expose the corruption that favors foreign workers while oppressing locals, and to bring about a season of divine reversal where the last shall be first and the first shall be last.

We continue to intercede for God’s mercy to soften the hearts of those in authority, that they may govern with righteousness and equity. We ask the Lord to open doors of opportunity for the locals, to provide jobs that honor their labor, and to dismantle the systems that perpetuate this inequality. May He raise up advocates who will speak boldly for the voiceless and bring about lasting change. We also pray for protection over those who are forced into unjust or illegal situations just to survive—may God’s grace shield them from harm and lead them into paths of blessing.

If you have seen even the smallest glimmer of God’s hand at work in this situation—whether in your own life or in the lives of those around you—we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report. Your testimony could be a source of encouragement to others walking through similar trials. If, however, the burden remains heavy and the struggle continues, we invite you to post this request again so that we may persist in prayer alongside you. The Lord hears the cries of His people, and we believe He is working even now to bring justice and restoration.

May God’s peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. May you experience His provision in ways that defy the circumstances, and may you see His justice roll down like waters in your land. We stand with you, trusting that the One who sees the sparrow’s fall will not forget His children in their time of need. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
