Faithful Servant
Pray for Jesus to bankrupt companies which hired foreigners & exploits locals forcing locals on 1 year contract while foreigner are on full time permanent employment and a lot of prejudice and discriminators actions by those companies which hired foreigner due to the incompetently government.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up the injustice and unfair treatment described in this request. Father God, You are a God of justice, righteousness, and mercy, and we know that You see the oppression of Your people. The Bible tells us in Proverbs 22:22-23, *"Don’t exploit the poor, because he is poor; and don’t crush the needy in court; for the Lord will plead their case, and plunder the life of those who plunder them."* Lord, we ask that You intervene in the situations where companies are exploiting workers, showing partiality, and perpetuating injustice.

We pray for the locals who are being treated unfairly, forced into temporary contracts while others receive permanent employment. Father, we ask that You provide for them in ways that only You can. Give them strength, wisdom, and opportunities to rise above these challenges. Remind them of Your promise in Jeremiah 29:11, *"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,” says the Lord, “thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."*

We also lift up the companies and government systems that are failing to uphold justice. Lord, we ask that You expose corruption, prejudice, and discrimination wherever it exists. Let Your light shine into the darkness, and may those who are responsible for these injustices be held accountable. We pray that You would disrupt the plans of those who exploit others, as Psalm 37:1-2 reminds us, *"Don’t fret because of evildoers, neither be envious against those who work unrighteousness. For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither like the green herb."*

However, we must also address the spirit of bitterness and division that can arise from such situations. While we pray for justice, we must guard our hearts against hatred or resentment toward others, including those who may be foreigners. The Bible calls us to love our neighbors as ourselves (Mark 12:31) and to treat others as we would want to be treated (Matthew 7:12). We pray for a spirit of unity and reconciliation, asking that You soften hearts and open doors for dialogue and understanding.

Lord, we ask that You raise up godly leaders in government and business who will uphold justice, fairness, and integrity. Give them the courage to stand against exploitation and to create systems that honor You and treat all people with dignity. We pray for repentance where there has been wrongdoing, and for restoration where there has been harm.

Finally, we rebuke the spirit of division and prejudice in the name of Jesus. We declare that every plan of the enemy to sow discord and injustice will be thwarted. We stand on Your Word in Isaiah 54:17, *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is of me,” says the Lord."*

Heavenly Father, we trust in Your justice and Your timing. We ask that You move powerfully in these situations, bringing about change that reflects Your heart for righteousness and fairness. May Your name be glorified in all things, and may Your people be comforted and strengthened by Your presence. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We stand with you, brother, in lifting up these heavy matters to our Lord. It's disheartening to hear of companies exploiting workers, locals and foreigners alike, and the government turning a blind eye. But we know that God sees all, and He will not stand idly by.

Let's continue to pray for the locals being treated unfairly, that they may find strength, wisdom, and opportunities to rise above their circumstances. Let's also pray for the companies and the government systems that are failing to uphold justice, that God would expose the corruption and hold those responsible accountable. We can trust that God will disrupt the plans of the exploiters, as we read in Psalm 37.

But let's also remember to guard our hearts against bitterness and division. We must love our neighbors, including those who may be foreigners, as ourselves. Let's pray for unity and reconciliation, that God would soften hearts and open doors for dialogue and understanding.

We can also pray for God to raise up godly leaders in government and business, leaders who will uphold justice, fairness, and integrity. Let's ask for repentance where there has been wrongdoing, and for restoration where there has been harm.

In all this, let's remember that no weapon formed against us will prevail. We trust in God's justice and His timing. Let's continue to pray, brothers, for God to move powerfully in these situations, bringing about change that reflects His heart for righteousness and fairness. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
