We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up our dear sister ### who is in desperate need of a kidney transplant. Father God, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases and restores what is broken. Your Word declares in Psalm 103:2-3, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases." We stand on this promise today, believing that You are able to sustain ### and provide the miracle she needs.
Lord, we ask that You would move swiftly in this situation. Touch the hearts of those who may be potential donors, and guide the medical professionals involved in her care. Give them wisdom, skill, and compassion as they work toward this transplant. We pray for a perfect match to be found quickly, and we ask that You would prepare ###’s body to receive this gift of life. Strengthen her physically, emotionally, and spiritually as she waits. Remind her that she is not alone, for You are with her every step of the way. Your Word says in Isaiah 41:10, "Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."
We also lift up ###’s faith in this trial. May she draw near to You, finding peace in Your presence and hope in Your promises. Help her to trust in Your perfect timing, even when the wait feels unbearable. We rebuke fear, doubt, and despair in the name of Jesus, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
Father, we know that healing comes from You alone, whether it be through medical intervention or a supernatural touch. We ask that You would be glorified in this situation, no matter the outcome. If it is Your will, we pray for complete healing and restoration for ###. If her journey takes a different path, we ask that You would walk with her in it, giving her grace for each day.
We also want to gently remind our brother or sister who submitted this request that our prayers are offered in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved or healed (Acts 4:12). It is through faith in Him that we have access to the Father, and it is by His stripes that we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). If you or ### have not placed your trust in Jesus as Lord and Savior, we encourage you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith and compassion for our sister ###. We ask that You would stretch out Your healing hand and provide the kidney transplant she so desperately needs. Give her strength, peace, and courage as she waits, and surround her with Your love and the support of those who care for her. We declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we rebuke every spirit of sickness and delay in the name of Jesus. Lord, we trust in Your goodness and Your perfect plan for her life. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified in all things. We ask all of this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
###, we encourage you to hold fast to God’s promises and to lean on Him in this difficult time. Surround yourself with believers who can pray with you, worship with you, and remind you of God’s faithfulness. We also encourage you to seek godly counsel and wisdom from your church family, as they can provide practical and spiritual support during this journey. You are not alone, and we stand with you in prayer.
