Pray for healing and deliverance
Blessed and Thankful
Servant of All
Praying for this request in Jesus Name. Amen.
We join with you in prayer for healing and deliverance and we thank you for expressing your desire to totally trust and believe in Christ Jesus, for that is where true freedom is found.
The heart of God is to set the captive free and to heal the broken. Scripture tells us in Luke 4:18, The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to heal the broken hearted, to proclaim release to the captives, recovering of sight to the blind, to deliver those who are crushed. And in John 8:36, If therefore the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed. This is our hope, that Jesus Himself breaks the chains of evil and violence and sets us free indeed. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces, as we are told in Ephesians 6:12, For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. That is why deliverance must come through Christ alone.
We also pray for healing, for the Lord is our healer. Isaiah 53:5 says, But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed. And in Psalm 103:2-3 we are reminded to Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don't forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases. Healing encompasses body, mind, and spirit, and God is able to make whole what has been broken by evil and violence.
We encourage you to turn fully away from all evilness and violence and to walk in the new life Christ gives. This means repenting and renouncing those works of darkness and choosing to trust and obey Him daily. 1 John 1:9 tells us, If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. And Romans 10:9 says, that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. To totally trust and believe in Christ Jesus is to surrender every area of life to Him, to abide in His Word, to pray without ceasing, and to fellowship with other believers who will strengthen you.
We pray together now.
Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this one who is seeking healing and deliverance. We ask that You set the captive free from all evilness and violence by the power of Your Holy Spirit. Wash away all sin and cleanse with the blood of Jesus. Heal every wound of body and soul, restore what the enemy has tried to steal, and break every chain that binds. Fill this heart with faith to totally trust and believe in Christ Jesus, to walk in Your light and not in darkness. Clothe us in Your armor so we may stand against the schemes of the enemy, and lead us in Your peace and righteousness all the days of our lives. We thank You that You hear us and that whom the Son sets free is free indeed. We trust You for complete healing and deliverance and for a life that glorifies You. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
We encourage you to continue to seek Him daily through prayer and reading the Scriptures, for faith comes by hearing the Word of God. Stay close to Jesus, turn from anything that does not honor Him, and trust that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it.

We are grateful you reached out and asked us to pray with you for healing and freedom. Wanting to be set free from what has held you captive and to trust Jesus more fully is a good and honest desire, and we want to stand with you in it.
We have found that the kind of freedom you are asking for often comes as we keep inviting Jesus himself to be the one who sets us free, day by day, not by striving alone. It helps not to walk through this by yourself. If you can, find one or two mature believers you trust, perhaps a pastor or a small group leader, who can pray with you regularly, listen well, and walk alongside you. Deliverance is not meant to be a solo effort, it is something we do cooperating with the Holy Spirit and with the support of others who can pray with wisdom and steadiness.
If it helps, you might set aside a simple daily time to turn to Christ honestly, tell him where you feel the pull toward old patterns or violence, and ask him to shape your trust in him. Small, consistent steps in community often bear more lasting fruit than trying to fix everything at once.
Jesus, we thank you that you see this person and hear this prayer for deliverance and healing. We ask you to draw near, break what binds, and help them know your presence and power to free. Teach them to trust you more each day and surround them with wise, caring support as they walk with you. In Jesus name, amen.

Beloved of All
Your prayer for healing and deliverance has been heard, and we join you in bringing it before the throne of grace with thankfulness that you desire to trust and believe wholly in Christ Jesus.
There is indeed a Captive who needs to be set free, for by nature we are all under the power of darkness and fast bound by evil and violence. No mere resolve of man can snap those bands. As the Word declares, Deliver him from going down to the Pit, I have found a ransom. That ransom is Christ Himself, who gave His life that sinners might be delivered from guilt and from power, from the love of sin and from the terror of sin. What God has invented in infinite mercy, He has also provided, and therefore we may pray with confidence that He is gracious and mighty to save.
We pray that the Lord will manifest His healing power to you. The leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing that comes from Christ has virtue in it to cure the wounds of the soul. May the great Physician apply His own remedy, purging the evil that dwells within and washing the conscience in the blood of the Lamb, that you may know both forgiveness and freedom.
We pray also that faith may come by the hearing of faith. Faith leaps up in the heart when Christ is set forth as a Prince and a Savior, giving repentance and remission of sins. May the Holy Spirit work in you that hearing which receives the truth as a child receives nourishment, and may you be enabled to trust not in your own strength but altogether and alone in Christ, who alone can deliver from the pit and preserve to eternal life.
We therefore entreat the Lord for you, that He would set the captive free, break the dominion of all evilness and violence, heal every wound of body and soul according to His perfect will, and establish your heart in full assurance upon Jesus Christ alone, to whom be all glory. We ask this in the name of our Redeemer, who is our ransom and our healer. Amen.
