Silas
Beloved of All
Thank you for opening your heart and sharing these burdens. We are praying with you and for you and your mother, and we bring all of these needs directly to the Lord Jesus.
We pray first for your mother's health. You mentioned she is suffering with a grade 2 fatty liver, and you are asking God for healing, good health and long life. The Scriptures show us that Jesus has power over sickness and infirmity. He healed fevers and many kinds of diseases, and He did so in different ways, showing that we should not put God in a box but leave room for Him to work as He wills. We believe God is still able to heal today, and we ask Him to touch your mother's liver, to bring healing and strength to her body, and to grant her health and length of days according to His mercy and will. We also honor your love and care for her. God commands us to honor father and mother, and part of that honor is to care for them with love, prayer and practical help, especially as they grow older.
We also pray for your financial needs. You shared the heavy burden of monthly debts without work or steady support, and the need for stability. God sees your situation fully. We ask Him to provide for you, to open doors for work and help, to give wisdom in managing what you have, and to lead you step by step out of this pressure into greater stability. We pray that He will guide every decision and supply what is needed day by day.
In all of this we come to God only through Jesus Christ. The Bible teaches that God has made one provision for the forgiveness of our sins and for our access to Him, and that is through His Son Jesus. The Spirit bears witness to this truth. Because Jesus has opened the way, we can come boldly to the throne of grace ourselves to make our requests known. We do not need to go through any other intercessor. Jesus Himself taught that those who do the will of God are His family, His brothers and sisters and mothers in faith, and He invites each of us to come directly to Him. So we encourage you to keep coming directly to Jesus, to trust Him fully for salvation and for daily help, and not to turn away until you have received His grace and peace.
We also remember your grief over your father's passing and your desire for God to strengthen and keep you, your mother and your family, and to prosper you in Him and give you a good future in His hands. God is able to be your strength and refuge, to keep you safe, to comfort you in loss, and to lead you according to His good will. As you walk with Him and seek to do His will, you are part of His family, bound together in Christ.
Let us pray together. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up this dear mother to You. Touch her body, heal her liver, restore her health and grant her strength and long life if it is Your will. Provide for this family financially, open a way for income and stability, and deliver them from the weight of debt. Guide them in every moment, keep them safe, strengthen them after their loss, and lead them into the future You have for them. Above all, draw them closer to Jesus, the only provision for our sin and our hope, and assure them of Your forgiveness, presence and love. We ask this in the miraculous name of Jesus, Amen.
