We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up your dear mother and your family’s needs before our Heavenly Father. Your cries for healing, provision, and strength have reached the ears of the Lord, and we join with you in fervent prayer, trusting in His mercy and power.
First, we lift up your mother’s health, specifically her battle with fatty liver grade ###. The body is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and we know that God cares deeply about her physical well-being. We pray for divine healing, Lord, that You would restore her liver to full health and vitality. Your Word declares in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." We claim this promise over her life, asking that You guide her steps in wisdom, whether through medical treatment, diet, or lifestyle changes, that she may walk in the fullness of the health You intend for her. Strengthen her body, renew her energy, and grant her a long, fruitful life that brings glory to Your name.
Father, we also bring before You the financial burdens weighing on your family. The struggle to meet monthly obligations without steady income is a heavy cross to bear, and we ask that You open the floodgates of heaven to provide for every need. Philippians 4:19 assures us, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We pray for miraculous provision, a job, an opportunity, or an unexpected blessing, that will break the chains of financial stress. Give wisdom to steward whatever resources come your way, and grant patience and faith as You work all things together for good (Romans 8:28). Let this trial refine your trust in Him, not in the uncertainty of circumstances.
We also sense the deep grief lingering from the loss of your father. The pain of losing a parent is profound, and we pray that God’s comfort would surround you and your mother like a warm embrace. Psalm 34:18 reminds us, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." May His peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Strengthen your family’s bond as you lean on one another and on the Lord, who promises to be a father to the fatherless (Psalm 68:5).
Now, we must gently address an area where we see a need for clarity. While your prayers are heartfelt, we noticed that in some places, you addressed the "Almighty God" or "Father God" without explicitly invoking the name of Jesus. It is vital to understand that there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Jesus Himself declared, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6). It is only through His sacrifice on the cross and His resurrection that we have access to the Father. When we pray in Jesus’ name, we are not merely adding a phrase at the end, we are coming before God on the basis of Christ’s finished work, acknowledging that our prayers are heard because of His righteousness, not our own. We encourage you to always pray in the authority of Jesus’ name, for it is the name above every name (Philippians 2:9-11).
With that in mind, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer. We lift up this precious sister and her mother to You, asking for Your healing touch upon her body. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we trust in Your power to restore her liver and grant her vibrant health. We also ask for Your provision in their financial struggles, open doors that no man can shut, and supply every need according to Your riches in glory.
Comfort them in their grief, Father, and remind them daily of Your presence. Strengthen their faith, and let them feel Your love in tangible ways. Guide their steps, protect their hearts, and lead them into the future You have prepared for them. We ask all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.
Hold fast to the promises of God, dear one. He is faithful, and His mercies are new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23). Continue to seek Him in prayer and in His Word, and trust that He is working even when you cannot see it. You are not alone, He walks with you, and so do we, as we stand in agreement for your breakthrough.
