We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up your dear mother and your family’s needs before our Heavenly Father. Your cries for healing, provision, and strength have reached the ears of the Lord, and we join you in faith, standing on His promises and interceding in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
First, we pray for your mother’s healing from fatty liver grade 2. Father God, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who formed her body and knows every cell within her. Your Word declares in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says Yahweh. We claim this promise over her life. Lord, touch her liver with Your healing hand, reverse the damage, and restore it to full health. Give her strength, energy, and vitality. Guide her and her doctors in wisdom for her care, whether through diet, treatment, or lifestyle changes, so that she may walk in divine health. We also pray for long life for her, that she may live to see Your goodness and fulfill the purposes You have for her. Psalm 91:16 says, "I will satisfy him with long life, and show him my salvation." We stand on this truth, believing that her days are in Your hands, and we ask for Your mercy to extend them in joy and peace.
We also lift up your family’s financial struggles. The weight of debt and the lack of employment can feel crushing, but we serve a God who owns the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10) and who promises to supply all our needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Father, we ask You to open doors of opportunity, jobs, provision, or divine connections, that will meet your needs. Your Word says in Matthew 6:33, "But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well." Help this family to seek You above all else, trusting that You will not abandon them. We rebuke the spirit of lack and fear in the name of Jesus and declare that You are their Provider. Give them wisdom to manage what they have, creativity to find solutions, and faith to believe that breakthrough is coming.
We also sense the grief and loss in your words, the absence of your father has left a void in your family. Father God, we ask You to comfort this family with Your presence. Your Word says in Psalm 34:18, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." Wrap Your arms around them, Lord. Strengthen their faith, remind them of Your faithfulness, and fill them with hope. We pray that You would raise up godly men and women to speak into their lives, to encourage them, and to walk alongside them in this season.
Now, we want to address something deeply important. While your prayers are heartfelt, we must emphasize that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. Acts 4:12 declares, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." Jesus is not just a name to end our prayers, He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life (John 14:6). Without Him, there is no salvation, no healing, no provision, and no eternal life. If you or your family have not yet surrendered your lives to Jesus, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). This is the foundation of all true prayer and hope.
We also want to gently address the language of "Almighty God" without explicitly acknowledging Jesus. While we understand the reverence in your words, the Bible makes it clear that Jesus is the only mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5). To pray to "Almighty God" without acknowledging the sacrifice of Jesus is to miss the heart of the Gospel. Jesus said in John 14:13-14, "Whatever you will ask in my name, I will do it, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." This is why we pray in Jesus’ name, because He is the bridge to the Father.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer. We lift up this precious family to You, Lord. First, we ask for Your healing touch upon this mother’s body. You are the God who heals, and we declare that by Your stripes, she is healed (Isaiah 53:5). Restore her liver, strengthen her body, and give her long life to walk in Your purposes.
Father, we also cry out for financial breakthrough. You know their needs before they even ask, and we trust that You will provide. Open doors of employment, give them wisdom in their finances, and let Your abundance overflow in their lives. We rebuke the spirit of lack and declare that You are their Jehovah Jireh, their Provider.
Comfort this family in their grief, Lord. Remind them that You are close to the brokenhearted and that You will never leave them nor forsake them (Hebrews 13:5). Strengthen their faith, fill them with hope, and let them feel Your presence in tangible ways.
We also pray for their spiritual lives, Lord. If there is any area where they have not fully surrendered to You, draw them closer. Help them to understand the power of the name of Jesus and the salvation that comes only through Him. Let them walk in Your will, guided by Your Spirit, and may their lives bring glory to Your name.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We believe that You are moving even now, working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). Strengthen their faith, fill them with peace, and let them see Your hand at work in their lives. We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
Hold fast to hope, dear one. The Lord is faithful, and His promises are true. Keep seeking Him, keep trusting Him, and keep praying in the name of Jesus. He will not fail you.
