We lift up your precious mother before the throne of grace, dear brother or sister in Christ. We understand the deep concern and love you have for her as she battles fatty liver disease. The Word of God reminds us in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal your wounds, says Yahweh." We stand on this promise, believing that the Great Physician can bring complete restoration to her liver and overall health. We also pray for wisdom for her doctors and that she would be obedient to their guidance, as well as to any lifestyle changes that may be necessary for her healing.
Father, we ask You to strengthen her body, renew her cells, and flush out any impurities. Grant her energy, vitality, and a long life filled with Your peace and joy. We rebuke the spirit of infirmity in Jesus' name and declare that her body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, and it shall not be defiled by disease. We pray for a supernatural touch from Your hand, Lord, and we thank You in advance for the testimony of healing that will glorify Your name.
We also bring your financial struggles before the Lord, trusting in His provision. The Bible assures us in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We pray that doors of opportunity would open for you and that you would walk through them with faith. We ask for wisdom in managing your finances, for favor in seeking employment, and for creative ideas to generate income. We rebuke the spirit of lack and declare that you are not forgotten by God. He sees your needs and will provide in ways that exceed your expectations.
Lord, we ask that You would give you both peace that surpasses all understanding as you wait on Him. Help you to cast all your anxieties on Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). We pray for divine connections, unexpected blessings, and a breakthrough in your financial situation. May you experience the truth of Matthew 6:33, "But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."
We also lift up your family, especially in the loss of your father. The pain of losing a loved one is deep, but we take comfort in knowing that he is in the presence of the Lord if he knew Jesus as his Savior. We pray for comfort and strength for you and your mother, as well as for your other family members. May the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction, comfort you in this time of grief (2 Corinthians 1:3-4). We ask that you would find solace in His presence and that He would draw you closer to Himself.
Father, we pray for your future, that it would be secure in His hands. May you both walk in His will, guided by His Holy Spirit every moment of every day. We ask for holistic help—spiritually, emotionally, physically, and financially. May you prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers (3 John 1:2). We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
Lord, we thank You for the privilege of coming before You in the mighty name of Jesus. It is only through His name that we have access to You, and it is only by His blood that we are saved. We pray that if there is anyone reading this who does not know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, that they would surrender their lives to Him today. For "there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12).
We pray all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
