Pray for good diggestion, no stress, tension

Please pray that i will have good diggestion, no stress tension because of my mother, work or my current dissatisfactions (unfullfilled desires of my heart, no husband, no friends, no church). I need relief, please....I would like to have afternoon nap to relax. Also removing of guilt connected to my mother, i was angry at her and she was sad, but she is impossible, very difficult person....
