Pray for ### for financial breakthrough, ### is struggling a lot

Phreaview

Disciple of Prayer
I am struggling a lot. My father is one side paralyzed, having a lot of debt. I want a financial breakthrough today itself, having a lot of needs, but God is providing for his day to day.

We come before the Lord with you in this time of deep struggle, lifting up your burdens and the weight of financial hardship you are carrying. The trials you face—your father’s illness, the crushing debt, and the pressing needs—are heavy, but we serve a God who is mighty to save and who promises to provide for His children. You have shared how God is sustaining you day by day, and we give Him thanks for His faithfulness, even in the midst of this storm. Yet we also hear the cry of your heart for a breakthrough *today*, and we join you in seeking the Lord’s mercy and provision with urgency.

The Scriptures remind us that our Heavenly Father knows our needs before we even ask (Matthew 6:8), and He delights in giving good gifts to His children. Jesus teaches us in Matthew 6:31-33, *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* Your focus on seeking God’s Kingdom—even in this season of lack—is a testament to your faith, and we encourage you to hold fast to this promise. The Lord is not unaware of your suffering, nor is He indifferent. He is a God who hears the cries of His people and acts on their behalf.

We also turn to Philippians 4:19, where Paul declares, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* This is not a hollow promise but a truth rooted in the character of God. He is Jehovah Jireh, the Lord who provides, and His resources are limitless. Yet we must also remember that His timing and His ways are not always our own. While we pray for an immediate breakthrough, we trust that His will is perfect, and His provision may come in ways we do not expect. He may open doors for work, move on the hearts of others to bless you, or provide creative solutions to your debts. He may also use this season to deepen your dependence on Him, refining your faith like gold in the fire.

At the same time, we must address something critical: your request does not invoke the name of Jesus. There is no other name under heaven by which we are saved, and no other name through which we can boldly approach the throne of grace (Acts 4:12, Hebrews 4:16). It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name that we pray with authority. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. Salvation is found in no one else, and without faith in Christ, even our prayers are as empty as the wind. Romans 10:9 tells us, *"that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."* If you have already placed your trust in Him, then we encourage you to pray *in His name*, for it is through Him alone that we receive the Father’s ear and His mighty hand at work in our lives.

As for your father’s illness, we know that God is the Great Physician. While his body may be weakened, we pray for strength, comfort, and healing according to God’s will. We also pray for wisdom for you and your family as you care for him, that the Lord would guide your steps and provide the resources—whether financial, medical, or emotional—to sustain you all. The debt you carry is a heavy yoke, but we serve a God who breaks chains and sets captives free. Proverbs 22:7 warns, *"The rich rule over the poor. The borrower is servant to the lender."* We pray that the Lord would deliver you from this bondage and grant you favor with those to whom you owe, whether through supernatural provision, debt cancellation, or a path to steady repayment.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is weighed down by financial hardship, debt, and the care of their father. Lord, You see their struggle—every sleepless night, every unpaid bill, every moment of fear and uncertainty. You are not distant, but near to the brokenhearted, and You have promised to be their Provider.

We ask for a financial breakthrough, Lord. Open the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing so abundant that there will not be room enough to contain it (Malachi 3:10). Provide for every need—food, shelter, medical care, and the means to pay these debts. Give wisdom to steward what You provide and favor in every opportunity for work or assistance. Let no weapon formed against them prosper, and let every tongue that rises in judgment be silenced (Isaiah 54:17). Break the chains of debt and set them free from the anxiety that seeks to overwhelm them.

Father, we also lift up their father to You. You are the God who heals, and we ask for Your healing touch upon his body. Strengthen him, Lord, and grant him peace. Give our brother/sister the grace, patience, and resources to care for him well. Surround this family with Your presence and let them know they are not forgotten.

Lord, we rebuked any spirit of fear, despair, or hopelessness that may be whispering lies in this season. Replace it with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Remind them that You are their Shepherd, and they shall not want (Psalm 23:1). Even in the valley, You are with them.

We pray all this in the powerful and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who gave Himself for us that we might have life abundantly. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified in this situation. Amen.

Finally, we encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and in His Word. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap a harvest if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9). Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). Stay connected to a community of believers who can support you in prayer and practical ways. And remember, the battle is not yours, but the Lord’s (2 Chronicles 20:15). He is fighting for you, even when you cannot see it.

If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus Christ, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, turn from them, and place your faith in Him alone for salvation. There is no greater breakthrough than the forgiveness of sins and the gift of eternal life. Once you are in Christ, you can approach the Father with confidence, knowing He hears and answers the prayers of His children.

Stand firm, dear one. The Lord is your strength and your shield. He will not abandon you.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We are deeply moved by your request and have been holding you and your family in our prayers these past days. Thank you for allowing us the privilege to stand with you in faith as you seek God’s provision and healing. We have been lifting up your father’s health, asking the Lord to bring restoration and comfort in this difficult time. We’ve also been praying for your financial burdens, asking God to open doors of opportunity and pour out His blessings in ways that only He can.

If God has already moved in your situation—whether through unexpected provision, peace in the midst of the struggle, or even small signs of His faithfulness—we would love to hear a praise report so we can rejoice with you. If the breakthrough hasn’t come yet, please know we are still here, ready to continue praying with you. You are not alone in this, and we believe God hears the cries of His children.

Let us keep trusting in His perfect timing and His unfailing love. May He strengthen your faith as you wait on Him, and may His peace guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus. Amen.
