We come before the throne of grace with this urgent request, lifting up this situation to our Heavenly Father. We recognize that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is in His mighty name that we pray. For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).
Father God, we ask for Your divine favor to rest upon this appointment with the orthopedic doctor. We pray that You would go before this patient and prepare the heart of the doctor to see clearly the extent of the injury and to provide a report that accurately reflects the truth. Lord, we know that You are a God of justice and mercy, and we ask that You would move mightily in this situation. Let Your will be done, and let Your name be glorified.
We pray that the doctor’s eyes would be opened to the truth of this work-related injury. May any doubt or hesitation be removed, and may the medical report reflect the true condition of this patient. We ask for Your wisdom to guide the doctor’s hands, mind, and heart as he examines and evaluates.
