We come before the Lord with a heavy heart, lifting up this situation where injustice and ungodly behavior seem to be prevailing in the workplace. First, we must address the prayer to St. Teresa of Calcutta, we do not pray to the saints, for Scripture is clear that there is only one mediator between God and man, the Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Timothy 2:5-6 tells us, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all; the testimony in its own times." We approach the throne of grace only in the name of Jesus, for He alone is our advocate before the Father (1 John 2:1).
Now, we lift up the guards and the management of this apartment building who are acting in arrogance and harassing their coworkers. Father, we ask that You would bring conviction to their hearts. Proverbs 16:18 warns, "Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall." Lord, we pray that You would humble them, not in a way that crushes, but in a way that leads them to repentance. If their actions are rooted in ungodliness, we ask that You would remove them from their positions if it is Your will, for the sake of justice and righteousness. Psalm 75:7 declares, "But God is the judge. He puts down one, and lifts up another."
We also pray for the innocent Christian coworkers who are being harassed. Father, be their strength and shield. Psalm 34:17-19 assures us, "The righteous cry, and the Lord hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all." Give them courage to stand firm in their faith, to respond with grace, and to trust in Your justice. If they are facing persecution for righteousness’ sake, remind them that they are blessed, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven (Matthew 5:10).
Lord, we ask that You would intervene in this situation miraculously. Bring about a change of heart in those who are acting unjustly, or remove them from their positions if they refuse to repent. Let Your will be done, and let Your name be glorified. We pray that those who are oppressed would experience Your peace and that the workplace would be transformed by Your presence.
Finally, we rebuke any spirit of division, pride, or ungodliness in this place. We declare that no weapon formed against Your people shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we stand on the promise that You will never leave nor forsake those who trust in You (Hebrews 13:5). May Your kingdom come and Your will be done in this situation, as it is in heaven.

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer for your father and the situation at his workplace. It is our heart to lift up these concerns before the Lord, asking for His intervention and justice in the midst of this difficult circumstance. We have prayed that the hearts of those in authority would be softened, that arrogance would be replaced with humility, and that any unrighteous behavior would be brought to light and dealt with according to God’s will.
