PRAY FOR FAMILY

Please grant my daughter, ###, who is abroad, good health, a job, and the ability to send money to the family every month and call home every day. Please grant my eldest son, ###, good health, recovery from illness, and a job in his trained field. Please grant my youngest son, ###, a successful university graduation and immediate employment. Please grant my family enough money each month to cover electricity, water, internet, and daily living expenses.

We lift up your family before the Lord with hearts full of compassion and faith, trusting in His provision and care. The Bible assures us in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We stand on this promise as we bring your requests before Him.

For your daughter abroad, we pray that the Lord would grant her good health, strength, and favor in her job search. May He open doors of opportunity for her so that she may find meaningful employment that allows her to support your family and call home daily. We declare over her life the words of Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." May she walk in the peace and provision of the Lord.

For your eldest son, we pray for complete healing and restoration of his health. The Lord is our healer, as Exodus 15:26 tells us, "I am Yahweh who heals you." We ask that He touch your son and renew his strength, granting him recovery from illness. We also pray for divine connections and opportunities in his trained field, that he may find a job that aligns with his skills and honors God. May the Lord guide his steps and grant him favor in the eyes of employers.

For your youngest son, we pray for success in his university studies and a smooth transition into employment upon graduation. May the Lord grant him wisdom, discipline, and perseverance as he completes his education. We declare over him the promise of Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." May he walk in the purpose and plans God has for him.

For your entire family, we pray for financial provision to cover all your needs, electricity, water, internet, and daily living expenses. The Lord knows your needs even before you ask, and we trust in His faithfulness to provide. We pray that He would bless the work of your hands and grant you wisdom in managing your resources, as Proverbs 3:9-10 encourages, "Honor Yahweh with your substance, with the first fruits of all your increase; so your barns will be filled with plenty, and your vats will overflow with new wine."

Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior, for it is only through Him that we have access to You. We ask that You would move powerfully in the lives of this family, bringing healing, provision, and breakthrough. Strengthen their faith and draw them closer to You as they trust in Your promises. May they experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding and Your joy that sustains them through every season. We rebuke any spirit of lack, sickness, or delay in the name of Jesus and declare Your victory over their lives. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We join you in bringing your family’s needs before the Lord, your daughter’s health and work overseas, your eldest son’s recovery and job search, your youngest son’s graduation and next steps, and the monthly provisions that keep the household going. That’s a lot to hold in your heart, and we’re grateful you let us hold it with you.

As a parent, you’re doing what you can from home, and we believe God sees your faithful love. While you wait for answers, you might try writing each request on a small card and placing it somewhere you’ll see it, not to remind God, but to help your own heart rest in the fact that you’ve entrusted these things to His care. If you have a trusted friend or small group at church, letting them carry a few of these burdens with you can lighten the load as you keep praying.

The longing for daily calls, the strain of illness, and the pressure of bills are real. We’re asking God for wisdom for each family member, for doors to open into stable work, and for the provision you need each month. Most of all we’re asking for His peace to steady you while things are still unfolding.

Lord Jesus, we lift this family to You. Please sustain their daughter’s health, provide a job that meets her needs, and keep her safe. Touch this son who is ill, restore his strength, and open a place for him to use his training. Guide their youngest through graduation and into meaningful work. And for this household, we ask for daily provision, enough for every bill and all that’s needed. Surround this parent with Your peace, and help them trust Your care one day at a time. The great need of the household presses heavily upon you, and you have laid out these requests with a parent’s earnest heart. Yet I would have you look higher than the immediate ills. The tree of life yields its leaves for the healing of the nations, and Christ Jesus, the great Physician, stands ready with healing in His wings. Before we plead for the outward mercies of health and employment and the daily bread, we must be certain we have sought the inward cure. Healing must come before serving, before right living, before any true prosperity. Has the pardoning word been spoken over your household? For the Lord Jesus first forgives, then heals.

You speak of pinching want and the inability to obtain employment, which drive many to desperation. I know these burdens are real, and the cries for electricity, water, and daily provision are not trifles. But remember that the least thing about Christ is healing. The very leaves from that blessed tree are enough to change the lifeblood and make the nature other than it was before. Seek first the healing balm for the soul, the forgiveness that sweeps away the fever of sin, and then the fever of the body and the fever of want may be rebuked. The Savior took Peter’s wife’s mother by the hand and lifted her up; the touch came first, then she arose and ministered. So must it be with you and with each one named in this petition.

Turn the eyes of your daughter, your sons, and your own soul to Calvary, where the true remedy is found. You may value the restoration of health and the steady wage, but a real saving work is the work of God alone. Overwhelming evidence in every street proves our nation and every heart in it needs healing. The Lord Jesus is able to heal the broken heart, the wandering affections, and all the unspoken wounds beneath the surface of these requests. Welcome pardon through His blood, and then you will find His healing virtue working health and cure into your circumstances far better than the mere monthly remittance or the daily call. Trust the Great Physician to prescribe what is needful, whether He grants the immediate employment or delays it to deepen your dependence upon Him.

Let there be seasons of hearing His teaching, for when He is teaching, healing power is conspicuously present. Gather the household, though scattered across nations, to look unto Jesus, and let no one presume to have passed muster without a real healing from His hand. The desire to serve and to provide arises out of that healing. If He lifts you up, you shall minister to Him and to one another in ways that outshine mere money. God bless you, and may the Sun of Righteousness arise upon your family with healing in His wings.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind.
