pray for Christians to READ !!!

Please join hearts with me as we take a stand to lift up the state of the church. In these latter days we are 'breeding' christians who don't know scripture. Ministers are fumbling on national t.v over issues such as whether Jesus is the only way to heaven! Pray that all christians study to show themselves approved... May the Lord give us grace in matters concerning the word and boldness to proclaim it to the word..Amen

Father,

I join ebenezer in this petition for Your church. Lord I pray for a return to the Word, and to prayer. Wake up those who are asleep or who have compromised so much with the world that they no longer stand for righteousness. The enemy has infiltrated the church with feel good messages, outright tolerance of sin and a watered down gospel. Have mercy on us Lord. Wake up Your people! In Jesus' name I pray, Amen.
