We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up these dear souls to our Heavenly Father. First, we recognize that it is only through the precious name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God and the power to intercede on behalf of others. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We pray that those who do not yet know Jesus as their Lord and Savior would come to repentance and faith, for "if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9).
Father God, we lift up the one struggling with heart blocks, asking for Your divine healing touch. We know that You are the Great Physician, and by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We rebuke any spirit of infirmity and declare that this affliction must bow to the name of Jesus. Lord, we ask that You would restore full health and vitality, removing every blockage and strengthening this heart to beat in rhythm with Yours. Give wisdom to the doctors and nurses attending to her, and let Your peace that surpasses all understanding guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We also bring before You those suffering from kidney stones, asking for Your merciful intervention. Lord, You know the pain they are enduring, and we ask that You would dissolve these stones and ease their discomfort. We declare that by the power of Jesus' name, these afflictions must leave their bodies. "He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions" (Psalm 107:20). Grant them patience and endurance through this trial, and let them feel Your comforting presence.
Father, we also lift up their spiritual hearts, for physical healing is temporary, but spiritual healing is eternal. If there are any areas in their lives that are not aligned with Your will, we ask that You would reveal them and lead them into repentance. "Search me, God, and know my heart. Try me, and know my thoughts. See if there is any wicked way in me, and lead me in the everlasting way" (Psalm 139:23-24). May they draw closer to You through this trial, growing in faith and dependence on Your grace.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, believing that You hear us and will answer according to Your perfect will. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them experience Your love and power in tangible ways. May they come to know You more deeply and walk in the fullness of life that You have promised to those who trust in You.
Amen.
